We needed help with meetings and a qualified pipeline from paid social and paid search.

InterTeam has helped us with LinkedIn ads and Google Search. Their work includes account setup, strategy, creative, copy, audiences, budgeting, landing pages, campaign launch and optimization, and reporting. I offer strategic insight, but Cole (Founder & CEO) and his team manage the day-to-day tasks, including daily campaign optimizations.

Additionally, I liked how he managed the company. He wasn’t just around during the sales process and then disappeared when the contract was signed. He was the main strategic person and executor, so I wanted to work with someone with the highest expertise.

InterTeam has helped us generate opportunities and a pipeline sourced from paid media. Our cost per lead (CPL) has been going down every time they report it.

My favorite thing about working with InterTeam is how responsive their team is and how strategic Cole is. He takes 100% ownership of the work, even postponing invoices if there are items he feels his team should have recognized and caught but didn’t. He wants to crack the code and will work until he finds the thing that works. He doesn’t just sit back and try one or two things because that’s the scope of work. He’s so bought into making sure his clients succeed.

They fully took over our Google Ads campaigns, started with an audit, identified many areas for focus and optimization and created a strategy based on it. It was launched and implemented within a 2 weeks. 

InterTeam then implemented the same audit, strategy and execution for our Reddit Ads account.

Once implemented, they've performed daily optimizations and consistent ongoing reporting. Leading to consistent growth.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During their audit they were able to identify that a significant portion of our traffic came from bot or questionable clicks. As a result, they scrapped all of the settings bringing in low quality traffic for cheap clicks.

The results have been a pronounced increase in engaged sessions.
-  Average time on page increased 37%
-  Engaged sessions increased 35%
- 16% increase in Reddit followers

We worried that this might lead to a decrease in overall traffic, because those bot clicks were quite cheap, but we've actually seen a 5% increase in total site traffic on top of the improvements in engagement.

In terms of communication, they're available during working hours on Slack and offer candid mid and end of month reporting. Deliverables are executed on time and they're not afraid to go out of scope if it's in our best interest. 

They're also very open to feedback openly requesting it on client calls.

The transparency and commitment to their work are impressive. We had a slow start, but they took ownership, extended our invoice, shifted to a new strategy, and doubled our clicks in one month. It was wild! 

Another thing is that Cole is the real deal: very knowledgeable, detail oriented and doesn't just spend your money on ads mindlessly. He's extremely strategic and tries to get us the best value for every dollar. We're constantly impressed by his steadfast commitment to conversions that have real impact. The team's integrity stands out immensely.

To improve our paid search ads, Cole (Founder & CEO) has eliminated broad searches and ensured that exact match search terms were truly exact by closely monitoring our search terms. He’s also found issues with our conversion pixel, which has helped both paid search and LinkedIn improve.

Online is now a source of meaningful leads for our business, and the cost per lead has dramatically decreased by over 70%. The number of leads has also increased, going from one at best per week to many per day.

Prior to working with their team, we had found a winning campaign type for our organization but didn't have the bandwidth or in-depth knowledge to scale. We introduced paid campaigns Reddit in 2024, which resulted in almost 10k paid sessions. Organic traffic also grew by 41%. 

Reddit’s paid and organic campaigns in 2024 drove substantial traffic and resulted in solid revenue gains. Total ARR grew from $2,760 to around $17,000 in 2024, showcasing Reddit as a high-value channel with consistent customer acquisition and growing ARR.

Cole and his team at InterTeam are very receptive to messages and feedback. They are also very quick to turn deliverables around and have excellent project management skills.

My initial perception of Cole was that he was very scrappy and willing to go the extra mile to get the results he assured me he could get.

My only feedback for improvement would be to be more understanding when some companies move at a slower speed. I realize that lots of InterTeam's customers want everything done immediately and lightning fast but other organizations need more time to get all the moving parts in motion and shift priorities.

Cole runs a small agency that can tailor services according to your needs. Our Google NFP grant was difficult to navigate, but he/they figured it out. I didn't have time, at times, to improve analytics tracking via Google Tag Manager; he/they went in and did it.

Stakeholder management was occasionally subpar; largely just soft skills that need exercising.

• The measurable outcomes were the reduction of Cost Per Click as the campaign was going on. Also, the quality of the leads we were getting kept getting better and better and they were optimizing the campaign. Lastly, the ROAS was positive which made sense to keep going with the campaign because the results are good.
