Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Rebel and Muse Handcrafted, a luxury, hand-poured candle line located in Birmingham, Alabama.

What challenge were you trying to address with The 95 Agency?

Initially, we had to do a website makeover, so we hired The 95 Agency. Later into our engagement, they also started helping me with a rebranding process that encompasses marketing and advertising.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, The 95 Agency completely revamped my existing website and integrated it into Shopify. After that, I discovered that they could also manage our rebranding, so we started working on that side too. Currently, we’re working towards a relaunch of my entire company.

Their involvement includes label manufacturing, product and brand photography, marketing, and advertising. Additionally, The 95 Agency provides me with business consulting services. This is my first time having a website that I can manage, so they’ve been teaching me how to operate its backend, and they give me tips on how to increase my revenue and scale my company.

What is the team composition?

I only work directly with King (Founder), but I’ve seen photographers and a copywriter from The 95 Agency working on my project. I don’t know who the copywriter is, but this person is great and writes the best ads.

How did you come to work with The 95 Agency?

A friend of mine recommended The 95 Agency to me, and I saw the work that they had done for my friend’s brand. Once we got introduced to them, we basically hit the ground running.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around July 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our best result is, of course, that our sales have increased. My website is also more streamlined and clean now, and I know how to operate its backend. Now that we’ve added Shopify, everything is simpler.

Additionally, the quality of the content that The 95 Agency helps me create has definitely made a difference in the responses we get and the engagement in social media.

How did The 95 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The 95 Agency redesigned my website in less than a week, which was a surprising and amazing turnaround time. Additionally, their customer service and communication skills are impressive. They break everything down into steps, walking us through the process and ensuring that we remain included at all times.

They have an entire portal through where I can communicate with them directly. Initially, King provided me with my own login credentials and walked me through this portal’s backend. In there, I can see our agreement, the list of services that they’re providing, and a breakdown of those services so that nothing gets lost in the translation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The 95 Agency’s experience, communication skills, and professionalism are their most impressive assets. Additionally, I feel that I’m getting more than what I’m paying for — they underpromise and overdeliver.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I haven’t run into any issues working with The 95 Agency yet.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come in with a blueprint for what you want. Even if you don’t know exactly how you want things to go, have some direction before engaging with The 95 Agency. They can’t read minds nor create something great from thin air; they need your vision to help them deliver what you’re looking for.

The 95 agency intentionally sabotaged the jobs at home just to charge me more. I shouldn't have paid them upfront. After allowing them to charge me over multiple times it became obvious they were intentionally sabotaging the job after printing the label and finding it was done in international lettering (at4) and not American lettering 8 x 11.
And the font size was a 6. After printing the label and showing it to them they indicated they wanted an extra $300 to increase the font size. When this was supposed to be the final edit. This was after I had just paid $430 to add nutrional facts to the label (which was done wrong) and replace ai images with real images I purchased off Shutterfly. In total I pay them over $5000 and I'm now taking them to civil court bc I no longer want their services.

Doing the work themselves and not outsourcing it to someone overseas. My label came out to be done in international lettering (at4). When comforted with this the 95 agency immediately got upset as this showed someone overseas done the job. This is why it wasn't being done right over and over and they kept trying to charge more n more bc of their mess up. The95agency is scammers.

We appreciate your feedback, but we need to clarify several inaccuracies in your review. Our team provided a comprehensive range of services, including a custom logo mark, a full brand book, multiple label designs, custom illustrations, and a complete website UI/UX layout. Despite your claim that none of this work was received, the fact remains that you are still using the logo and materials we designed and have even attempted to trademark the same logo mark—yet falsely claim you did not receive the merchandise.

You disputed two large transactions, stating that you didn’t receive any deliverables and that we failed to communicate with you throughout the project. However, this is simply not true. You had an active profile in our CRM system, where we communicated frequently through emails and phone calls, many of which are recorded. Our team consistently responded to your requests and provided updates during every phase of the project.

Additionally, working with you was made incredibly challenging due to your indecisiveness throughout the process. Despite numerous revisions and adjustments to accommodate your frequent changes, we delivered all the agreed-upon work in a timely and professional manner.

It’s important to note that you do not own the rights to any of the work provided, given your false claims about non-receipt. We stand by our work and have provided all necessary proof to show that the services were delivered as agreed.

We believe in transparency and fairness in business, and it is disappointing to see a false narrative being presented. We will continue to protect our company’s reputation and the integrity of the work delivered.
