I am a marketing consultant, supporting the founder of Medicetics, a leading aesthetic clinic, with the growth of the brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire 8th Dial?

Our website was created over 10 years ago, and there was a lot of technical problems, and we couldn't grow our brand with the current set-up. We brought them on to provide web design and development services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had spoken to a few agencies, but 8th Dial had the cosmetic experience, and understood our needs to drive bookings online.

At the beginning of the engagement, we had a series of meetings to 8th Dial could understand our needs and requirements. We wanted them to get a feel of our brand, who our customer is, and who our competitors are. Our team explained the procedures we do and gave them the photographs to use.

We’ve left all the design and wireframe efforts to them. I provided all the copy, and their team gave me all the necessary training to be able to create extra pages as needed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with their founder James, and had two main points of contact for the design and operations. They were always on hand to answer any questions or queries

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our conversion rate is already up YOY, and our organic search traffic is also growing. Business is improving, and that has a lot to do with the website. If I ever had to do this again, I’d go straight to them. Customers have also fed back that they are able to find the information a lot easier on the new site.

8th Dial provide regular feedback and statistics on how the website is performing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team is very responsive. We’ve never had to follow up with them. Our teams usually communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They just really understand the brief, and go into depth to understand the customer too with a customer survey.

No, I've been really impressed.
