CeMS hired 8bites to perform a UX audit. The basic goal was to analyze and comprehensively evaluate the usability of our website and identify areas that need to be improved so that customers have a better user experience.  It was also necessary to modify the website due to the large increase in new products and the resulting increase in traffic.  The output of the project was a new design proposal and also a change of the user environment.

The project is still under development. The final product is not deployed. We will know the success of the project only after the launch and analysis of new data.

From the beginning, communication with the project team was excellent and they responded quickly and efficiently to all requests. They analyzed all comments on the project and were able to implement them to a reasonable extent.  They regularly provided partial outputs, which we commented on together.

Starting from the creation of the idea, through commenting the designs of the solutions to the final end to end programming and testing. Their work is awesome, results of their work are always excellent, there is no need for additional corrections.

Launch of 3 new parts of growni.sk which are heavily used by majority of our 12000 registered users. They helped us also increase number of successful registration (reduce error rates for duplicate registrations).
