We actually received a lot of positive feedback about our website from both internal and external users. Moreover we can observe the increased number of viewers and leads on the website within the last years. Thanks to the team it is much easier to release new updates on the website, add more features and support our product and marketing activity.

Diffco helped us with the development of multiple mobile applications for law enforcement agents, such as Field Sobriety Test (FST), Field Investigation Card (FIC), and Pills (pills detection app)

How did you select Diffco and what were the deciding factors?

Our mission is to create innovative software that automates and simplifies the work of law enforcement agents and services, making it paperless, remote, and quick.

Nowadays, this sphere requires more mobile software that perfectly runs on the last mobile devices and operating systems. That's why we started working with Diffco on our mobile solutions and applications.

There were several mobile apps we launched one by one. The FST mobile app aimed to help law enforcement agencies to test persons suspected of impaired driving, intoxicated with alcohol or other drugs.

Diffco did a great job analyzing the current agent paper forms and converting them into a simple digital form that can be easily filled from the smartphone. We had a series of prototyping iterations and polishing while getting the perfect result and started a mobile development stage.

The back-end development started in parallel with UI design development, which saved us 30% in the timeline and allowed us to launch earlier. The first version was completed in 2 months, and then we continued working with Diffco on updates.

The FIC app was a continuation of our digital strategy. It helped law enforcement to quickly fill and save Field Investigation Form right from their smartphones, fully paperless, and with a backup on a cloud. Diffco developed this project in 3 months and successfully tested it with one of our major clients.

The Pills app was one of our strategic products that required the development of AI and computer vision solutions. That was an extendable platform for the recognition of various types of pills for different areas.

Diffco performed an R&D stage and offered multiple solutions and technologies to build the platform. The first version was released in 3 months, after this we continued to develop it and extend its functionality.
