Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Regional Property Supervisor at Storz Management Company and I manage a portfolio of mobile home communities.

For what projects/services did your company hire 7th Dimension?

We partnered with 7th Dimension for a variety of projects and services. They immediately analyzed our businesses needs and made suggestions accordingly to help us create consistency and protect our company. A few of the projects that we have achieved with the support of 7th Dimension would be the implementation of new security and monitoring softwares. They also transitioned us to Office 365 which was a large undertaking. They have helped us inventory our devices and ensure our software is up to date and safe from potential threats.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for IT providers in the area where are headquarters are located. We then met with multiple companies and reviewed online reviews. We were looking for a company tha0t was professional, responsive and passionate about helping us with our end goals. 7th Dimension helped us to see opportunities we had within our company that their services could help with. 7th Dimension checked all the boxes and have since helped us create a secure, streamlined and better protected company.

7th Dimension has accomplished a variety of projects with us. The aided in updating multiple websites that we host. They support us in purchasing new devices and assessing what best fits our companies needs. They have upgraded our security within our computers, emails and servers. They have helped us with creating a safe and secure network for our traveling employees. Most importantly they provide us with day to day support for our entire staff. We have multiple locations and the support staff at 7th Dimension is readily available to assist us with our password problems, email issues, printer complications and everything in between.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I have worked with the help desk staff, projects team and CEO at 7th Dimension. Every team member has been professional, respectful and kind.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Consistency is one of our greatest accomplishments with 7th Dimension. Their support and attention to detail has made my job much easier. Another success would be security, they monitor incoming and outgoing emails therefore watching for threats and teaching our staff how to look for these outside attacks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between our company and theirs has been instrumental in our success. They are readily available to help in urgent situations and day to day tasks. We utilize their online portal to submit IT ticket requests and they typically have those completed under two hours. One of my favorite elements is that the staff always explains the problem and the solution which helps me to better understand my companies needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They never stop trying to help us grow, improve, and stay secure. They are innovative, communicative and stay up to date with all the changes for our businesses needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, they have gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of what an IT provider could do for us.
