We transitioned from a static, product-centric website to a dynamic, immersive digital experience designed to connect emotionally with our audience and align with our mission of creating joyful family traditions. The goal was to inspire visitors, answer questions swiftly, and foster community engagement while guiding them seamlessly toward the products they need.

76 Design solutions built an engaging platform that introduces visitors to the heart of the tradition, encouraging them to begin their own journey with ease. The site showcases creative elf ideas, answers frequently asked questions, and motivates users to join our growing community.

I’m the owner of a publishing and entertainment network company. We have an online radio station where we broadcast 24/7.

What challenge were you trying to address with 76 Design Solutions?

We were looking for qualified help to help us with web maintenance and design. We had a platform that I designed in 2004, but we needed a comprehensive website with many pages.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

76 Design Solutions has designed our WordPress website from scratch. They’ve updated and redesigned it. Our main requirement is being able to interact with listeners to have people visiting the website. Additionally, they’re working on SEO and marketing. We’re currently working on backlinks, Google Ads, and ClickBank.

What is the team composition?

We only work with Joe (Website Developer & IT Engineer).

We serendipitously met Joe.

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen our analytics improve; our hits per page have increased by about 15%–20% so far. However, we’re still working on it, so we’re still looking to have a substantial improvement.
