My website was in dire need of a refresh and well as the company brand itself. Patrick listened to my need and not only produced a beautiful new site that better fits the feel of my company, he also created a beautiful new brand for me that I am in love with. I also took on patrick and his SEO services to keep my website relevant and performing on the first page in my area.

I found Patrick through Upwork and after a wonderful conversation I felt he was the right fit for my needs. He was incredibly personable and had great ideas to make my vision come to life. He was easy to talk with and brought ideas of his own to the table to create an amazing outcome.

This was a complete overhaul of my old site. New colors, new design, new logo, new everything. We started by looking at what others in the area had for designs and found what I like and disliked about each. From there we did a few rough drafts of a my logo then jumped into building my new site. It needed separate pages for my wedding catering services and then for my private event services. a vendor page for preferred wedding vendors was added as well as a couple different inquiry forms.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With Patricks help I've been able to eliminate paid ads for my website on Google and put that money into places that it can be put to better use. the website is already performing well in the couple months that it's been up and running and I am happy with everything so far.

We communicated primarily through email which I loved. A couple phone calls in the beginning to get started, but mostly email. I'm a papertrail kind of person so that worked well for me. He was responsive, usually within 24 hours if not sooner. New topics were new emails which made sorting through details easy to follow.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

He took on a project that was different from everything else he had done. He's usually worked on Dentist pages and mine was the first "creative" page that he did. I've had different people say they could help with part of my business and that it being a food and beverage based business wasn't and issue, then they'd fall flat on their promises. Patrick went above and beyond to bring this to life. I'm very grateful our paths have crossed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None that I can think of. I'm very happy with Particks work and others will be too. Already referred him out to a friend of mine for her site.

I had just let go a previous dental specific website firm, because of their lack of communication, slow responses to my concerns, and lack of concern for what was important to me. When I engaged with 73Creativ we had to get a complete website up quickly and start to drive a Google presence for my new business.

Patrick had our basic page up to direct traffic to very quickly, within a couple of weeks, and he continued to work hard to build out the rest of the pages within a month. We had a web and google presence before opening.

Patrick is an amazing communicator and very hard worker. They listened to what I wanted, took the initiative, and moved forward with their own vision based off of our conversations and delivered a website I am still thrilled with.

What challenge were you trying to address with 73CREATIV?

We needed site overhauls for our customer-facing and membership portions of our site. Prior to 73CREATIV’s involvement in the project, we had a disastrous experience with another designer and had to let him go. We were hoping that their team could rescue the project.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They started the site completely from scratch, having us provide as much information as we could about our vision and mission. Patrick () spent time looking at our existing web presence and built an entirely new site from start to finish. We had an existing logo, but he created the entire WordPress site. 

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with Patrick, who led the project from start to finish. There was a team assisting him, but we didn’t have direct interactions with them.  

How did you come to work with 73CREATIV?

We found them through Upwork after wasting a lot of time with our previous designer. Their team responded to our listing with a proposal and had clearly taken the time to research our brand and problem. When they responded to our post on Upwork, they were already suggesting ideas. That really impressed me. 

How much have you invested with them?

The site cost about $4,000. Now, they’re on a monthly retainer of about $1,000 per month. Sometimes, their hours warrant an increase in our spend as well. In total, we’ve probably sent just under $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working with them since February 2020. They delivered the consumer-facing portion of the site by April 2020 and the membership part of the platform in June 2020. However, we continue to work with them on all things design and branding.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The quality of their work is unmatched. I’ve never been this happy to collaborate with a design partner. Patrick has diligence, work ethic, and integrity that’s rare in the industry. On top of that, he’s a remarkably talented designer. Any company would be fortunate to have a design partner like them on board.  

How did 73CREATIV perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re organized, using Toggle to track their hours dedicated to certain tasks. It’s been very helpful to be able to show our stakeholders where our time and resources are going. Patrick is an exceptional communicator, keeping us updated on progress and regularly asking for feedback. They’re willing to switch gears when tasks with immediate deadlines pop up. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They go above and beyond with their work, critically thinking through roadblocks and suggesting creative solutions. For instance, Patrick may recommend making small site tweaks to improve SEO. I genuinely believe that we’ve found a partner that’s looking for avenues to make our business stronger. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything at this point. They’ve been superstars. I know that they would fix any problem that could pop up.

Recognize their knowledge and expertise. Trust that they have experience and creative ideas that may exceed your expectations.
