It’s rare to find a creative partner that truly understands the delicate balance between scientific precision and organic aesthetics, but they managed to distill the soul of Root Kozmetik into a brand language that feels both clinical and deeply human. 

Beyond their obvious design talent, their holistic approach to our brand’s future was a game changer; they didn't just deliver a logo, they built a functional ecosystem that works across every physical and digital touchpoint. 

What truly sets them apart, however, is their collaborative spirit and lack of "agency ego." They were deeply invested in our long-term success, often proactively identifying challenges we hadn't even considered and offering solutions that were as practical as they were beautiful. Working with them felt like having an elite in-house creative team that was just as passionate about our vision as we were.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Halobrand could have done differently?

Honestly, it is difficult to find a major fault in their delivery, as they exceeded our expectations on almost every front. 
Their process is already highly refined, but as we grow, I’d love to see them offer even more long-term post-launch brand monitoring to observe how the identity evolves in real-time retail environments.
 That said, any minor growing pains we encountered were handled with such professionalism and speed that they only served to strengthen our trust in their team and their dedication to the project.

We worked with Halobrand to renew our website, retaining some initial branding and corporate identity as core elements, but enhancing and modernizing it to better fit our identity and market positioning. Halobrand's creative touches helped us develop a more attractive, modern, and classy website that effectively communicates our services to our key markets.

The enhancements to our corporate identity documents and the UX of our software screens made it much easier for us to express ourselves. Specific tasks were outlined and regular meetings were held to ensure timely delivery of the outcomes.
