I engaged 7 Pillars after I mapped out a concept for an app on slide deck. I sent that through to the team which offered the background, this was a reasonably detailed document. However, the team certainly didn't cut corners, they took me through their process to ensure they understood the problem and my proposed solution. This included a pre-workshop questionnaire, discovery workshop, post-workshop plan, product strategy, design thinking, execution plan with time frames which led to a prototype.

The website looks and runs brilliantly. The team have done a great job building the website and I've received a lot of awesome feedback. The app prototype is on point! I'm still testing and seeking feedback, but the initial assessment is extremely positive.

The team handled product discovery, user journey mapping, wireframes, and backend and frontend development using React Native. They also worked on future-ready planning and the final business value for clients.

We’ve been gaining organic traffic . We have over 450 users using the marketplace and listing jobs, services, and deals. We’re also tracking new and returning users in the app’s analytics, and they spend an average of 20 minutes on the platform.

7 Pillars has developed our mobile app. We started with a short discovery because we’d already done some work on the app. They’ve built the app for iOS and Android, and they’ve also developed a website to accompany the app. Athletes can use the app to acquire mental skills and access content. Currently, we’re doing pilot tests.

7 pillars is good to work with. They’ve been really helpful throughout the process and are good at offering up their internal process so we can give them feedback. They’ve also provided advice outside the app building, which has been good. Since the app isn’t live yet, we don’t have metrics. They’ve done well with bugs.

We have a comprehensive QA process, so we send them bugs they haven’t found, and they fix them pretty quickly. We also get access to the bugs they find to compare our results, which has been good.

They’re good at communicating, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget. We mostly communicate through email and a fortnightly catchup meeting via Zoom.
