7 Layer Solutions Inc has successfully split users into a new M365 tenant/Active Directory (AD) domain that allows the two groups to work together but have walls between the company's data. Users haven't noticed any difference after the separation work was completed, which is positive feedback because they haven't been negatively affected.

Jerry manages the projects well and follows up on deliverables. Any delays have been on our side. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

7 Layer Solutions Inc has improved our business continuity and streamlined business processes such as onboarding and offboarding employees. For example, laptops are now ready to go on day one for new hires, and old laptops are immediately wiped for departing employees, which is critical for the security of my environment.
Regarding business continuity, our internet almost never goes down now, and we have a much better Wi-Fi connection through the gym and massage rooms. As a result, our customer satisfaction is higher due to uninterrupted internet service while in session.

Reduced downtime across the company and increased Cybersecurity to prevent data loss. We also significantly reduced the amount of Spam in their email inboxes. Finally, we migrated them to a SaaS Fileshare, Egnyte, which makes it much easier to manage documents.
