I’m the product director of a company that helps organizations improve employee engagement and performance management through software. We also have a new product, which is a separate platform that integrates with Salesforce and uses AI to help coach sales reps to meet targets and improve behaviors.

We hired Goodspeed to design and build two new platforms, one of which is still in the design phase.

I’m not sure how we found them, but we chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and they were a forward-thinking and smart group of individuals who brought fresh ideas.

We started working with them in August 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We use a project management product to track tasks for the team to complete. Goodspeed has reached milestones and met timelines.

How did Goodspeed perform from a project management standpoint?

The deadlines are important — one we’re still working towards, but the first deadline was met on time. Goodspeed is very good at communicating throughout the project and adapting to changes. They’ve delivered on time, and the plans have changed as the project has moved forward, but they’ve been flexible. They’re very transparent about the tasks they need to complete and give us full access to track their progress. They also provide regular updates on the progress they’ve made. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Goodspeed’s ability to think about how to do things in a better and more intelligent way is impressive. They have a new approach to development and design. The way they adapt to changing priorities and requirements is also impressive. They have fantastic communication, and their team is always available. They act on feedback extremely quickly compared to others we’ve worked with.

We built a full CRM and booking system, including pipelines, email, payment, and calendar integrations, and a full invoicing suite. It allows a lot of user flexibility, so that bookings can be handled in a variety of ways.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have now completed the soft-launch of our app, we have close to 100 subscribers, and virtually no issues at all.

Very happy with the communication and the follow-up. They were honest about what was possible and what wasn't, and when we needed to revisit scopes and prices we found them to be very reasonable and flexible.

Their team demonstrated exceptional responsiveness throughout the project, always available to address our concerns and implement feedback promptly. 
The quality of work they delivered was outstanding, showcasing their expertise and attention to detail. We are highly satisfied with their performance and look forward to future collaborations with GoodSpeed Studio.
