Project management was on point and always delivered on time. In my busy days, I expect great communication followed by good time management and on-time deliverables.

Great culture fit. I work with a lot of people and I like to work with people I get a good impression from and someone that seems to have integrity. I felt that from Loaded Media immediately! Donovan, the CEO, was communicative, smart, had great vision and ideas, and really took this project above and beyond my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Loaded Media could have done differently?

I can't name anything I would improve. I think they are doing a wonderful job! They have taken our business to the next level and I am super grateful.

Our marketing materials (website included) had not been refreshed since the company's founding. We hired Loaded Media to work collaboratively with our marketing and leadership team in order to enhance our materials.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for a one stop shop to address a variety of marketing needs - web design, graphic design, SEO management, social media, marketing advice, etc. They were concise, great communicators, as well as consistently listened to our needs. I feel like they did a great job capturing what we were looking for.

After a series of comprehensive discovery sessions, they provided us with PR articles, SEO articles, reworked our marketing materials, ideas on how we would further refresh. Additionally, within a few months of working with them, we were so pleased with the turn out that we decided to launch a website redesign. It was just a few months of deep discussions and reworking and organizing our current website, that we were able to fully launch a redesign.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Site traffic has increased tremendously, we were getting leads directly from our SEO and web design. Additionally our leadership team and board of directors were gushing with compliments on the overall appearance of our website and materials.

We had daily/weekly update calls. zoom meetings, and feedback sessions throughout the scope of work. We worked on a variety of projects, so it was essential we consistently communicated.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are extremely hands on and always looking to understand your organization. They were proactive with their research and learnings. I found them to be incredibly curious.

We switched from an older WooComerce website to shopify. We needed something easier for our customers and us to use.

After the site launch everything was easier to use and lade out a thousand times better for the clients. The site is beautiful.

They've made the site lean and easy to use. We just wanted something simple that looked great. They went beyond that by making it faster and did SEO to bring us more traffic.

They brought us website traffic.

After even half of the project we noticed major changes in our business, more activity and customer engagement.

Management was onboard and very active during the whole process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In general, very impressive company. Always on time, ready to answer all the questions and eager to help. Level of professionalism is outstanding. Their offices are extremely cool with very convenient location. Management is hand on into your project that makes you way more confident. The major factor is that they underpromise and overdeliver. Every penny spent is well worth it.

Just hope that they can become a model for professionalism and creativity.
