Himalayan freaksis a brand of M/S Roopkund adventure tours & events, having a registered office in Uttarakhand. We deal in trekking and adventure tours in India. I am the Director of the company.

Initially we hired 61 designstreet for designing our website. Now they are handling all our web and social media promotion profile.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to have a web presence, and with a limited budget we want a create a buzz in pan India trekking and adventure tours market. Our business totally depends largely on online clients only, so it was especially important to have a strong online presence and a sound online marketing strategy.

Being a start-up we are growing slowly and steadily. We have a very decent and eye-catchy website and now with quality content and a sound social media marketing strategy, we have a good follower’s base. We have the ability to convert them into sales also. As we are at the very initial stage of SEO so we are yet to get the results on that part.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Ms. Priyanka the project manager provides me with all the updates, takes frequent approvals, and feedbacks from me. Nothing is posted or spent until it is not approved by me.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity is superb and research work done at the backend surprises me. They keep eye on our competitor's online marketing moves and feed me with valuable inputs.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They are with us in every step of our growth. We are incredibly happy with their performance. I have worked with other vendors also and I believe they are doing very decent comparatively. Every time I get a better results than earlier, that shows their eagerness to improve themselves.

I have received calls in my office from different customers from Canada, India, and various other places. They provide assistance in developing beautiful graphics for my social media account and have become one of my favorite people as they help in WhatsApp status and another posting as well. They provide Blogs also in their package and leave my client wandering over it.

Everything was cool on 61 design street except the time limit. They provide solutions before time with the help of their comprehension team members. Their speed is proportional to the work quality they provide. They never leave their customers dissatisfied.
