When I was searching for a company to work with, one of the main requirements was to work with a company with a knowledge of business. I learned Sam had a broad background with exposure to several types of businesses. His experience included creating marketing content for multi-million dollar software systems. These systems were for international and domestic entities designed to run city governments. 

His travels included China; New Zealand; Latin America and the Middle East. It is said that the best consultants are those who listen to their clients’ needs. When I contracted with Sam to assist us in developing a marketing strategy that needed to be implemented as soon as possible, all we had was a photo gallery of finished projects and a good reputation. 

What we were looking for was an operation that would create a compatible narrative with our resume of completed projects. 4See is not cheap but after the benefits our company has gained, I would gladly pay it again! 4See and Sam invested time to understand our business. Sam even accompanied me on appointment calls to gain a clear picture of our process. 

Do not underestimate the value of Sam’s background in ‘Organizational Management.’ There is a saying in my business of ‘Outdoor Construction: “Only the wealthy should go with the lowest bidder, that way when it needs to be redone, affordability is not as much of an issue to do it again!” I needed to get it right the 1st time and 4See delivered.

We hired Sam to give a complete overhaul to our website and host provider. Sam organized and streamlined our content into key areas to create an organized flow for our online guests and ease of use for our staff. Sam was exceptional at listening to our needs and guiding the process by prompting specific questions to ensure we covered all aspects of our business/foundation model.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website created more interactions with donors and memberships. We saw an increase in website visitors and information. We were able to easily update events, news links, and content. Our board of directors all noted the change and sent congratulations for a job well done. Sam created a valuable tool for our staff to use daily for interaction with potential new donors. We are very pleased with the outcome!

Sam is a true professional. Honest, hardworking, communicative, straightforward and kind. He lead the process from start to finish and gave quick feedback as needed.
