3PLNext implemented their WMS across our warehouse. They set up inbound receiving with SKU checks, outbound shipping with picking strategies, and kitting workflows for bundled products. They also configured dashboards so we could monitor operations in real time.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Inbound processing time has been cut in half, order accuracy improved, and kitting is more organized. Our team spends less time on manual entries and more time moving orders out on schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The flexibility of the WMS. It adapts to different workflows, whether it’s simple fulfillment or more complex kitting jobs. Allows billing in various ways, from weight, height to pallets and cartons.

Are there any areas for improvement or something 3PLNext could have done differently?

A mobile app with more offline features would be useful, but overall the system works well for us on the desktop. If you’re a 3PL running your own warehouse, 3PLNext is worth considering. It all warehouse operations efficiently without making things complicated.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The workflow for our system and our day-to-day dealings of the dispatching and order packing-related tasks are well-suited for us. We've been using it for two years, and it's been very helpful.

How did 3PLNext perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great; they respond within 45–60 minutes through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their best attribute is their ability to manage the inventory well and create its logs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve the platform's processing times. When we enter a certain number of SKU units, we have to create an inbound of that particular SKU, which takes around 45–60 minutes or longer. That's the only thing I think they could improve on, but I've already asked them to do it, and they're working on it.

I recommend working with them and trying their services.

I feel like the website and the system is good, but the browsing system within the site is a bit slow. Otherwise, there are no issues at all.

They've been great at working within our budget and delivering the project on the agreed timeline. We communicate via phone calls and messages.

They have their own software that they work with, and it's basically the best in the market.
