We use the App daily for a 2 months and I may say that data performance and the whole sale process story definetely has changed. Now, we heva a perfect dashboards to discover the data and to make a correct decisions baced on it

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The result was improved visibility of product supply chains, a real assessment of balances and sales dynamics, and faster data updates. We began to plan production better by thinking about what Distributors sell to the market. Previously, we looked at what Distributors buy and thought that they sold so much. We plan more accurately and react faster to market changes by analyzing data that is updated every day.

The work within the team was organized quite effectively. Working groups, daily recording of results and quality control helped to do everything that has been done so far. Success is achieved thanks to both the developers and the customer.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company responds flexibly to requests. Provides your own experience in developing and executing projects. They have a level of competence in programming, analysis, and consulting that is sufficient to understand. Many complex processes are described as clearly as possible and this does not cause difficulties in working.

Current tasks are completed. We prepare projects that expand current capabilities. A lot depends on accounting programs that capture data and are ready or not ready to send data to BI Analytics. This means that for the beginning of the project we carefully prepare the data sources.
