Every time we needed any project management, binbash was more than willing to step in. The resource assigned to us didn't really need much management because he was a self-starter and when we gave him areas to complete he took it and ran with it. It was a tricky situation with our contract to provide part-time services - because the need is continually changing. I think Juan was able to navigate our asks very well and I've never had an issue with deadlines with him - he usually was early!

Two key jobs have been completed for us:
First job: A continuous deployment (CI/CD) environment was implemented on AWS, using Terraform, S3 and CloudFormation. This has allowed us to significantly improve processes with the development team and optimize production environments, facilitating the transition through the different environments: development, QA and production.

Second job: A thorough review of our AWS root account was carried out, covering aspects of security, user management, permissions and solution design. As a result, schemes and improvements were generated that strengthen security and provide notifications, allowing us to maintain more effective control of the account in areas such as security, budget and resource utilization.

The results obtained in the first project reduced billing costs and deployment times for applications, as well as avoiding server maintenance.
