I’m the VP of a plumbing company providing plumbing services, sewerage repairs, and waterline repairs all over San Diego, California.

We needed to build a modern website where people could see our client reviews and see we were a legit company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

2POINT has built our website from the ground up — we only initially told them what we wanted. This site is mobile-responsive and has links to our different social media profiles. Now, they help us make changes to the site as needed. For example, whenever we receive a new review, we send it to them, and they help us display it at the bottom of the page.

In addition to the website, 2POINT has helped us design our logo. For this, we first explained what we wanted, and they came up with a few options. Then, they delivered the PNG files with the final logo. About a year into our relationship, we had to change our logo, so they also helped us create a new logo and make the switch.

I’ve worked with 2–3 people from 2POINT, including Jon (Founder), who is our main point of contact.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

2POINT’s work has been very accurate. They’ve helped us create a very modern, fast, and up-to-date site, which is what we wanted. Additionally, our new logo looks great. As for specific metrics goes, our traffic on the site has been very good.

How did 2POINT Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

2POINT is very good at staying within budget. Moreover, whenever we need adjustments, they make them very quickly, almost always within a day. For example, we recently told them to improve our site’s speed to make it user-friendly, and they achieved that within a couple of days. We communicate via phone calls, text messages, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

2POINT excels at following up on requests quickly, and they’re very willing to work with clients on their needs. Additionally, they take constructive criticism very well, and they always address issues promptly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’re very good at what they do.

Communication is key. 2POINT will go as far as they can with what you tell them. Thus, the more information they receive, the more they can do for you.

2Point has been the main website developer since our agency first got it first website. 2Point has allowed us to grow the brand and continue to evolve as we have had the need to. It's been a great experience knowing they are able to meet our business needs.

We were looking for a developer that was whiling to work with a small agency at first. Over time, we have now expended and are not nationwide. 2Point was a great company to help us expand our national brand presence.

They have worked on all our website including each location's microsite. Not to mention they also helped create a backend web portal which has really propelled the brand forward.

Jon was the main point of contact and TJ was the main developer. They have a team under them but I only had to deal with two people which was fantastic and made it very easy to work with.

Ultimately the brand awareness has gone up and we are now adding additional champaigns to continue the trajectory which has been great.

The largest project we developed with 2Point is a backend web portal which houses many of the day to day tools we use in our business. In addition to this, it ties in with a mobile app that funnels the date into this portal. It's been great. Communication has been via email and Zoom.

We have one point of contact and don't have to constantly talk to new people. That is invaluable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Untimely the things that have errors they are able to work with you without having to create a whole new scope of work. There are occasionally bugs but they correct this within a reasonable amount of time.

What impressed me the most about this company is that they were able to retain me as a client by investing a 30 minute meeting with me to find exactly what it is I needed and telling me what they could do for me before quoting me whereas when I called other companies they gave me a price quote without telling me anything about what they could do for me and finding the nitty gritty details about exactly what I am needing. This is the type of company I wanted to work with.

As a biotech company, it was critical that our company have a modern and dynamic website as our entire marketing plan is built around driving all of our potential clients to the website.

I had previously worked with 2Point Agency as the VP of Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing at BioArkive. Our team was impressed with the 2Point team that we automatically partnered with them for HyperPath Solutions.

We had a kickoff meeting where the 2Point team shared initial designs and content for the website. After reviewing several designs, the 2Point Team made requested changes and moved forward with content changes to roll the website out.

Clients and peers love the updated website. The website has not out long enough to provide metrics.
