it was early in the development phase, our role was to provide the core features and optimizations for our client. We had to create a good website and a competitive web app using Angular within a tight schedule.

Initially, 2muchcoffee did code reviews and provided feedback. They did a lot of configuration of the entire frontend stack in Angular, which would allow us to upgrade to different versions later on. Another person did a bit of prototyping.

We looked for talented developers on Upwork and narrowed the choices down to 2–3 people. I was quite impressed with the extent of Dmitriy’s knowledge of front- and backend work.

I’m the director of Meta Millions Empire, a web3 crypto company in the tech sector. The business that we operate under the company is called Dimension.

What challenge were you trying to address with 2muchcoffee?
We hired 2muchcoffee for their web development and design services.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
2muchcoffee developed my website using Angular. I personally did most of the UI/UX designs, and their team developed those designs on Figma after I pre-designed them. I finalized their design outputs and left all the coding and actual web development to them.
At present, I work with them on website maintenance. Every now and then, I ask them to change or remove things on the platform.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with two people from their team, including their director.
How did you come to work with 2muchcoffee?
I could work on the site myself, but I didn’t have the time, so I looked around for teams to help me. I was in contact with a few people overseas and worked with a few companies. Some of them recommended using 2muchcoffee for web development. I looked up what they’d done before, and everything looked quite good. I contacted them and they connected me to one of their people from Upwork. From there, we agreed to hire that person.

We’ve invested around $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2022. The development of the site is complete, and our ongoing engagement focuses more on maintenance and tweaks.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The site has been live for about a week now, and I’ve seen good responses from people that have looked through it. A few people from the community like its design, which is great. I don’t have solid metrics yet, however.
Overall, 2muchcoffee has been accommodating and adaptive to situations every time we ask them to do something here and there. They’ve met my expectations and have been truly helpful with the little things I ask them to fix.
How did 2muchcoffee perform from a project management standpoint?
2muchcoffee’s project management has been great. We’ve been a bit over budget, but I’ve already known that’s going to happen because I’ve ensured that things look exactly the way I wanted. I’ve asked for plenty of revisions and changes after the site has been developed.
To communicate, we mainly discuss things through Upwork. We can also organize calls when we want, but we don’t have much need for that because most of the information we work on has been well laid out.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re highly responsive and adaptable to situations. On top of that, they’re well-spoken. They’re nice and don’t get harsh when I ask for any additional changes.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. The team is smooth and transparent.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be as clear as you can with what you want. We’re quite aware of our needs, and this has helped us a lot during the engagement. With that in mind, all your documents should be ready. If you do that, you should be good to go because the 2muchcofee team is quite good at what they do.
