I’m the CEO of BookingHost, a full-service property management company specializing in short-term rentals. We operate across multiple major Polish cities with a portfolio of approximately 1,800 apartments.

What challenge were you trying to address with Monterail?

We needed help building a complex AI-powered platform to support our core business operations. It was an ambitious, large-scale project that required deep technical expertise.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Monterail handled the end-to-end development of our AI-powered platform, including backend architecture and system integrations. The team delivered backend systems, APIs, and system integrations, as well as a web-based admin interface for managing and monitoring the platform's core processes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Monterail delivered a fully functional automated system integrated with external platforms. The new system significantly improved how we manage pricing across our portfolio, replacing a manual process with an automated, intelligent solution with a long-term revenue impact for both us and our property owners.

Although we didn't track formal KPIs for the platform itself, the key measure of success for us was operational. The system worked as intended, integrations ran reliably, and our team was able to move on to further development without major issues.

How did Monterail perform from a project management standpoint?

Monterail's project management was excellent throughout the project. They delivered work on time, and communication was always clear and transparent, so we always knew exactly where things stood. We used virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps to communicate.

Mainly integration-related projects. Our client-base has a wide range of Property Management System, which we want to make sure they are integrated into our platform in a streamlined fashion.
