The project consisted in creating a brand introduction video about our resort, highlighting all the services and facilities, showing how our customers can experience a unique stay, different from all the others.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I worked with them in the past for a different project, and I know they were the right fit for our needs. I contacted them explaining the scope of work and asking for a proposal, that I shared with our board of management to take the final decision.

After having confirmed the job, 2BIG Production shared a detailed visual script idea, that was improved and finalized under our supervision. During pre-production, they also took care of casting for the actors, providing us 3 choices for each role. The shooting that lasted 5 days in total, including one location scouting day. In post-production, we agreed on 3 rounds of feedback, with 5 working days for each round of editing, from the offline version to the final one
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with their producer, who was in charge of all the communication between their team and us, and also in charge of delivering the video during the rounds of feedback, processing our comments and inputs before delivering to the editing team. During the project, we also had the opportunity to communicate with the director for the script and visual approach to the video, and the account manager regarding the contract and legal terms.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are satisfied with the final video provided, which really conveys our vision and messages, with the style we were aiming for. Visually, the video looks outstanding! We haven’t published the video officially yet, but we are confident that it really represents us and will help to attract new customers, especially the international ones, our main target.

We needed a media kit package, including a service introduction video and a photo gallery for our website and promotional material. We wanted to highlight the facilities and services of our hotel, focusing customer experience.
SOLUTION

We searched through different channels and started a bidding process, evaluating the quality and the price offered by each production company.

We completed the bidding process via email, and had a meeting in person with the shortlisted companies. After we finalized and agreed the scope of work and quotation, we signed the contract. The scope of work included: 1x Introduction Video (2mins) in Full HD + Set of 50 edited photos + ownership of raw footage. After that, 2BIG Production team created the storyboard and completed the casting process. The next step was the shooting itself, which took 3 days at our hotel, for both videos and photos. The post-production lasted around 2 weeks, including the rounds of revision from our side.

We were mainly in contact with their producer and creative director since the first steps. We gave them feedback on storyboard, casting and post-production (3 rounds in total) via email.

We let them create a script based on our inputs, before jumping into a 3-days session shooting at our facilities. I worked from the beginning with Gianluca, their producer, who constantly reported to me all the progress during the different production stages. After an internal revision with my team, we provided back our feedback
