We worked with their creative director- Gianluca, they delivered us the final work on time via google drive and not much to feedback as they had a realy clear production guideline from their first proposal/ script.

The rate of customers contacting and closing orders increased significantly immediately after we used photos and videos to run ads

I love the fact that this company has combination of Western creative director and a local producer. The team understood well our culture and working mindset, which was great.

We hired 2BIG Production to produce photos and videos to be used as orientation material for the new employees.

We looked for local Video Production companies, with the ability to work with an international mindset. We found them online and we chose them after receiving a detailed and convincing proposal, with a competitive price.

After approving the proposal, we had a meeting in person with them, where we discussed the details of the project. After that, 2BIG Production provided us a detailed script and shooting plan. We arranged the shooting, which lasted 3 days. After the shooting, the editing took around 7 days, with 2 revisions from our side.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked directly with the producer and the director, who followed us since the beginning, taking care of all the production stages. They listened carefully to our feedback, and share the demo version of the video on Vimeo and google drive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are happy with the final outcome of the video because it helped us to create a tool that helped us to properly train and give orientation to our new employees. Very well done and very effective, it saved us a lot of work!

The producer was very easy-going and professional, he always listened to our feedback and vision. We communicated with email at the beginning, and then talk directly over the phone or chat messages to update about the project (official communication still via email of course). He always responded in a prompt way, with a positive and problem-solving attitude.

The ability to understand how to approach a local business like ours, but at the same time keeping an international mindset and work approach, it's really what we were looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wish we had more than 2 revisions to feedback on the video, but after each revision, they carefully listened to our request to accomplish a final result that totally satisfied us!

We already used the material produced by 2BIG Production for some offline events with our partners, registering a positive feedback and genuine interest in how our projects are presented, in terms of quality of images, and effectiveness of the messages in the videos. We are also planning to use the material in our online channels, for brand-awareness and marketing purpose.
