2BIG Production delivered the final edited videos and photos with resounding success and praise. My colleagues and bosses praised the team for their professionalism and flexibility in engaging the project.

We were looking for a Video Production able to produce a media kit (photos and video) for our online and offline channels. We needed experts to take care of showcasing the different stages of our project, with the following deliverables: 

• x3 sets of photos (each set around 40 photos) 
• x3 Showcase Videos (duration: 1 minute each) 
• x1 Corporate Video (Duration: 3 minutes)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We already used the material produced by 2BIG Production for some offline events with our partners, registering a positive feedback and genuine interest in how our projects are presented, in terms of quality of images, and effectiveness of the messages in the videos. We are also planning to use the material in our online channels, for brand-awareness and marketing purpose.

We are definitely satisfied with the way they handled the project. Luca, our main contact as Producer, managed remotely their team, which performed various sessions of shooting on our project sites along the span of few months, before starting the post-production process, which lasted around 2 weeks, including rounds of feedbacks from our end.

We were amazed by their sense of organization and professionalism that helped the project to be completed in a smooth way, despite their head quarter is located far from our company. • Production: 2BIG Production filmed and photographed our wedding events, including the ceremony, reception, and party. They used high-quality cameras, drones, and lighting to capture every moment. They also directed and coordinated with us and our guests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Post-production: 2BIG Production edited and enhanced the footage and images using professional software and techniques. They also added music, voice-over, titles, transitions, and effects to the video. They delivered the final video and photo album in both digital and physical formats. 
• The key deliverables were: + A 10-minute wedding video that tells our love story and showcases our wedding events. + A 50-page photo album that contains the best shots from our wedding events. + A USB drive that contains all the raw footage and images from the shoot.

• We received a lot of positive feedback from our customers, partners, and friends who watched the wedding video and browsed the photo album. They praised the quality, creativity, and emotion of the deliverables.

Marcom Manager for a mountain retreat

For what projects/services did your company hire 2BIG Production, and what were your goals?

The project consisted in creating a brand introduction video about our resort, highlighting all the services and facilities, showing how our customers can experience a unique stay, different from all the others.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I worked with them in the past for a different project, and I know they were the right fit for our needs. I contacted them explaining the scope of work and asking for a proposal, that I shared with our board of management to take the final decision.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

After having confirmed the job, 2BIG Production shared a detailed visual script idea, that was improved and finalized under our supervision. During pre-production, they also took care of casting for the actors, providing us 3 choices for each role. The shooting that lasted 5 days in total, including one location scouting day. In post-production, we agreed on 3 rounds of feedback, with 5 working days for each round of editing, from the offline version to the final one

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with their producer, who was in charge of all the communication between their team and us, and also in charge of delivering the video during the rounds of feedback, processing our comments and inputs before delivering to the editing team. During the project, we also had the opportunity to communicate with the director for the script and visual approach to the video, and the account manager regarding the contract and legal terms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are satisfied with the final video provided, which really conveys our vision and messages, with the style we were aiming for. Visually, the video looks outstanding! We haven’t published the video officially yet, but we are confident that it really represents us and will help to attract new customers, especially the international ones, our main target.

That was the main reason we chose to work with 2BIG Production. We knew they have a great project management style, with clear and upfront communication, and timeliness of delivery.

Even though the project can be complicated to manage and organize at best. They are great solution providers with a proactive and efficient attitude, which made the whole process really easy and smooth.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Their services are more expensive than the average market, and other companies can provide video services with more cost-effective solution. However, we understand that their quality is worth the money, and we are definitely happy with our choice.
