• Pre-production: 2Big Production will conduct research, create a storyboard, write a script, scout locations, secure permits, hire actors and prepare equipment for the shoot. 
• Production: 2Big Production will film the testimonial video at one or more locations, following the storyboard and script. The video will feature interviews with ABC Company’s clients and staff, as well as footage of ABC Company’s XYZ solutions in action. 
• Post-production: 2Big Production will edit the footage, add music, graphics, voice-over and subtitles, and deliver the final video in HD format.
• The project will follow this tentative schedule: + Pre-production: 2 weeks + Production: 1 week + Post-production: 2 weeks 

The deliverables for this project are: 

• A testimonial video of approximately 3 minutes in length

The testimonial video received positive feedback from my company and their clients, who praised the quality, the content and the message of the video. The testimonial video increased the traffic, the engagement and the conversion rate on my company’s website, social media platforms and marketing campaigns, resulting in more leads and sales for their solutions. 

The testimonial video enhanced my company’s brand awareness, reputation and credibility in the market, attracting more potential customers and partners for their solutions.

What I found most impressive or unique about this company was their creativity and expertise in video production. There are no major areas for improvement or something 2BIG Production could have done differently. They did a great job and delivered a high-quality video. The only minor thing that could have been better was the subtitle translation. There were some typos and grammatical errors in the subtitles that we had to correct ourselves. However, this was not a big issue and it did not affect the overall quality of the video.

I worked with the team on previous hospitality and corporate video projects. The quality of editing was always on point, with a keen eye for detail.

Andy and his team have worked with us to create a high-quality video that met our requirements. The team had the first draft ready within 4 days of confirming the concept of the video, and they were flexible when we needed to provide feedback on the script. We then received another version of the script which was re-edited very fast within 3 weeks.

We had the opportunity to discuss and share ideas with their producer, who was in charge of all the communication between their team and us. We also discussed with the director of videography, who was providing feedback and suggestions to the video concept. The producer was in charge of delivering the video during the rounds of feedback, processing our comments and inputs before delivering to the editing team.

The video was used for social media with an acknowledgment to our airline’s partners. The video was widely viewed by a large number of local audiences and shared by our partners, who helped us reach over 50,000 viewers in total.

It was an absolute joy to work with Andy and his team. I really appreciate their professionalism and on-point communication. The quality of each clip is amazing, as well as the quick & easy turnaround time!

The service is not the cheapest in the market but you get what you pay for.

We have not yet launched our new training but the reaction of our colleagues have been nothing but positive, specially the film about mental health!

We communicated mostly through Whatsapp and occasionally email for when sharing documents etc. Luca and Anh shared a timeline before the beginning of the project and we manage to keep the deadline for the project.

That they were very understanding o what we wanted. They were very fast in assuring us that they have experience with dialogue scenes by filming a small clip where they demonstrated this.

They did everything great! Only thing that we have as a feedback is that they didnt have an extra screen for us to look through when we were at the filming location, it made it hard to follow during shooting

2021 is a milestone with my company, when we celebrate our 13th year in operation. We want to make a remarkable corporate video to celebrate it and review what we've done, as well as direct our vision, mission and strategic goals for the upcoming years.

We follow our company procedure to carry out a standard bidding process for this service. We contacted the major video productions in Vietnam, and at the end their proposal was evaluated and we found it was the most competitive one for our needs.

After the bidding & negotiating, we inked a contract with them and thenceforth arranged a meeting with their team to confirm the script and execution plan. With the agreed scope of work, I was assigned as the focal point to support the project and I let them free to be creative with our provided materials. The video contains three major sections:

Opening with a little bit of company history, the key milestones, what we struggled at the beginning and how we surpassed such. Next is to describe our current status, annual revenue and other achievements. It ends with our vision, mission and objectives for the upcoming years. 2Big did take great care of the whole project from pre-production toward the final products with excellent dedication.

I work with 2Big production manager and it was a great corporation between us. Their team included 5 members: producer, creative director, two cameramen and one video editor. Our comments during the preview were systematically recorded and later incorporated into the final products.

We published the video on our website and shared with our partners, with positive outcome and feedback. The video was greatly welcomed and it appears that our brand recognization rate increased after the publish of this.

I can say that their team joined the project with an unusually high level of agility and adaptability. Though the scope of work was fixed during the contract signing, they provided many recommendations to make to final product very professional. By utilizing common communication tools (video conference & phone calls), we had furnished smooth discussions until the end without hassles.

Their professionality and working mindset, and their ability to take care of every aspect of the production, minimizing any unexpected inconvenience.

We looked for local Video Production companies, with the ability to work with an international mindset. We found them online and we chose them after receiving a detailed and convincing proposal, with a competitive price.

After approving the proposal, we had a meeting in person with them, where we discussed the details of the project. After that, 2BIG Production provided us a detailed script and shooting plan. We arranged the shooting, which lasted 3 days. After the shooting, the editing took around 7 days, with 2 revisions from our side.

We worked directly with the producer and the director, who followed us since the beginning, taking care of all the production stages. They listened carefully to our feedback, and share the demo version of the video on Vimeo and google drive.

We are happy with the final outcome of the video because it helped us to create a tool that helped us to properly train and give orientation to our new employees. Very well done and very effective, it saved us a lot of work!

We communicated with email at the beginning, and then talk directly over the phone or chat messages to update about the project (official communication still via email of course). He always responded in a prompt way, with a positive and problem-solving attitude.

The ability to understand how to approach a local business like ours, but at the same time keeping an international mindset and work approach, it's really what we were looking for.

The footage we received was beautifully shot and organized with great care. The crew delivered time-coded subtitles with the interview to make the translation easy for us. They also delivered a highlight shot PDF document, which we could immediately show to our client before starting postproduction.Moreover, our client found the footage stunning.
