Vellis is startup and needed a full stack of strategy, branding, and visual identity. 247 focused on branding and visual identity, and introduced us to their partner on strategy. Deliverables: 

1. Differentiated master brand. 
2. Sub-brands for 3 product areas. 
3. Striking visual identity in keeping with brand strategy. 
4. Visual concepts for multi-channel marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Project had a hard deadline related to regulatory submissions. 247 presented a clear and detailed plan by task, time and money. Payment plan was structured in milestones related to progress.

We were assigned a relationship manager for easy communication. Significant effort occured pre-assignment to understand our company, market and goals. Progress was shared in real-time via email and Figma, with regular calls to discuss all matters. 99% of items were delivered on time, moreover 247 were very flexible when changes were required, in many cases providing valuable advice to Vellis.
