I am the business development and marketing director for our online retail business. We do about 7 figures in revenue each year and I'm responsible for organising the logistics, development and marketing spend.

We were growing our services out and we hired 180 Marketing because they came through references who were very satisfied with their results. We wanted to grow our SEO and organic outreach so that our website and business could expand - and through reading about and researching 180 and finally interviewing, we decided that they stood out head and shoulders above their competition.

We went through referrals for several companies, and 180 was the stand-out perfect fit for us. We held several interviews, and they ended up being the best choice for us in pricing, experience and fit to what we wanted.

Our engagement started with calls, and screenshares of the areas that we wanted to talk about - essentially educating them initially on where we wanted to go. We had regular meetings and they would issue recommendations and in some cases make the changes themselves after we gave them access.

They would tailor the work on our website, and provide updates for any key issues they wanted to look at. Overall, we're super happy with the structure and how they went about achieving our desired outcomes

We were assigned a project manager, and an SEO individual. At various stages through the project we also had other juniors that we were in contact with for blog outreach.

Since implementing the SEO recommendations we're now number 1 on the majority of our chosen terms. This has led to a great increase in traffic overall. We essentially started from nowhere, and we've dethroned the incumbents.

We mostly use email to communicate (at my recommendation). My area of specialism is in growth and business development - so a lot of what they do I have some expertise in. They provide a thorough breakdown on where our terms are, how they seek to improve them, and any remediation that's required.

We are impressed by their professionalism, friendliness, and ability to make what they say will work.  As mentioned before, we're number 1 on the vast majority of the search terms we wanted.

Not really. They've executed well all round

The 180 marketing team started with a complete audit of our onsite and offsite seo. Then they decided on which type of links to build and what quantity and started working on these monthly. Every month we had a summary call in which they presented all the work done and whats planned for the next month.
