We hired 17 Projects to film video footage at our annual Food Exhibition at Yankee Stadium. 

Our two requests were to capture culinary demonstrations on our Main Stage and also roaming footage of the entire show. 

Raw Footage of the Main Stage: Camera Set-Up Camera #1 captured a roaming wide shot of the stage, while Camera #2 provided an overhead view of the food prep area. Both feeds were transmitted to the “video village,” where an operator will handle live switching, sending the final feed to a nearby TV. 

17 Projects also managed stage lighting and connected audio from the PA (provided by 17 Projects) to the cameras to ensure synced sound for post-production.

Our writing served as the basis for the creation of the promotional video. It was a brief tale that was connected to the conference's topic and our city's emblem, the dragon. A pregnant dragoness, whose ultrasound scans were conducted by a dragon doctor, was one of the film's primary protagonists. A baby dragon, who served as the conference's mascot, was born at the end of the pregnancy.

Other animal doctor characters appeared in the movie, and Dr. Dragon finally presented the pregnant woman's case at the conference. The movie concluded with the sponsors' logos and information about the conference's date and venue.

To far, no one in our area in Poland has used an animated video to promote a conference. As a result, our video was favorably accepted because of its excellent form, execution, and script.

I hired 17 Projects to produce a corporate marketing video for my client. The video was used for a large international business conference as my client's debut. There were specific asks about how to film and what type of video was to be sent to our editor after filming. We had a video editor so 17 Projects sent them the raw footage which is very appreciated, as I know some agencies prefer to edit the work themselves.

The video shoot was with a live audience with a panel of 4 speakers, interviewing and asking questions. The video we took was going to be chopped up and combined with other videos taken in other cities, so it was crucial that we got the video right, and that the footage was sent to our editor quickly afterwards.

Rob, the founder, was super proactive in our initial video call with all of the agencies and the client, it actually blew me away. He delivered the items on time, even though it was a time crunch on our end. Rob always answered me in a timely manner, and we were always communicating and on the same page throughout the project.

17 Projects Video Agency provided our company with virtual event video services for an April 2023 Panel discussion. During preproduction, the 17 Projects team created the branded assets for the program, ran tech rehearsals, and coordinated all of the logistics needed to produce the program. 

On the day of the event, they checked in with the live participants prior to going live, conducted the program (live switching and asset pushes), helped run the Q/A tool, pushed the content to Youtube, and conducted a local recording of the program. 17 Projects team then provided our company with the full recording of the program and the raw .WAV audio files (for podcast use later).
