We were attendin NFT.NYC in New York and required a talented team to capture our 3 day's of activity around the event. Including that of the trade show and 13 billboards around TimeSquare.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After looking through over 10 different proposals Rob and the team here came out on top. Their portfolio clealy showed that they had filmed similar events to ours and they had a good creative style. Most of all their communication was excelent, event when we were communicating from different timezones.

We had a discovery call to meet as I was based in the UK and flying over to New York where the event was taking place. We then decided on what the key shots that were needed and how we would like the video to flow. Rob and the team really went the extra mile to make sure everything was covered even with a couple of last min changes from me.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Rob who then helped to direct the rest of his team. In total I think there were 4 team member out shooting some of the key shots.As the shots were time critical and we had a short window to capture for example all the 13 billboards in Time Square. The team did a great job.

The company were able to use the footage captured during the event to help push the marketing campaign we had over 40k new signups on our product from the weekend of which the video production went a long way to help capture for further marketing purposes.

They were able to deliver the videos for social media with a 24-48 hour turn around which I was really pleased about.

Rob at 17 Projects was part of the project from the start. He met with us multiple times virtually to assist with the creation of the script and storyboard. He shared excellent ideas that elevated the pre-production materials to a level we currently aren't used to.

Once we went into the shoot, Rob showed up early to set up all of the equipment. Because of all the hard work Rob put into pre-production, the shoot was as efficient as it could be. We completed all the shots hours early. Rob handled all of the post-production work and went above and beyond. Not only did he nail the videos perfectly, he also created a new intro animation for our company. Rob delivered the completed video on time.

We worked with Rob Arevalo at 17 Projects. Rob couldn't have been more available, quickly responding to any questions I had for him pre and post shoot.

Rob had shot two videos since there were two models for the project launch. The video was launched globally to a unanimous positive review by everyone of our customers and internal employees.

As mentioned, Rob was quick in responding to any questions I had. We communicated through both email and phone. Without hesitation, Rob joined us for any pre-production meeting we needed him at. He showed up early to the shoot. He's an extremely friendly person and was a joy to be able to work with on set.

In post-production, he kept us up with the progress being made in the editing of the video. If there were any revisions that needed to be made, Rob quickly made those revisions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

17 Projects is a professional organization through and through. The equipment they use is top of the line. The personal communication and care you receive is unlike any you'd receive at a larger agency.
