Instead of simply receiving a logo, I now have a comprehensive brand system with standardized logo variations, typography, color palette, brand usage guidelines, and production-ready assets for digital and print. This has given me a strong foundation for website development, product labels, packaging, documentation, and future marketing efforts. Moreover, the collaborative process helped refine the long-term positioning of the company, ensuring the brand is scalable beyond its initial RUO product line. Since we're still in the pre-launch phase, we don't have customer-facing metrics yet. However, the new branding has streamlined website planning, product labeling, documentation, and packaging. The feedback I've received from developers and other professionals involved in the project has also been overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the professionalism, consistency, and long-term vision of the brand. One of the biggest improvements has been consistency in decision-making. Before working with 10turtle, I was constantly second-guessing branding decisions such as logo usage, colors, typography, and how the company should be presented. Having a comprehensive brand identity guide has given me a clear standard to follow, which has made it much easier to communicate expectations to web developers, future marketing partners, and other vendors. Instead of making subjective design decisions each time, everyone is working from the same brand standards. That has already saved time, reduced uncertainty, and helped ensure Slate BioSupply presents a professional and consistent image as we move toward launch.

Overall, 10turtle's project management was excellent. Krupali was highly responsive, organized, and consistently communicative throughout the project. She kept me updated on progress, was very receptive to feedback, and made revisions quickly whenever I had new ideas or requested changes. The project could probably have been completed a little sooner if we had been working in closer time zones, as there were naturally times when we were each waiting for the other to start their workday. That said, the time difference was never a major issue, and the quality of the work and communication more than made up for it. Overall, the project was delivered successfully, and I was very happy with the entire experience.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me most was how collaborative the experience was. 10turtle didn't just complete tasks; they took the time to understand my long-term vision for Slate BioSupply and offered thoughtful recommendations that genuinely improved the final product. Krupali welcomed feedback, refined ideas without hesitation, and treated the project like a partnership rather than a transaction. I also appreciated that she consistently focused on the bigger picture, helping create a complete brand identity instead of simply designing a logo. That level of professionalism, creativity, and commitment is what made working with 10turtle such a positive experience.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the project. If I had to identify one area for improvement, it would simply be the time zone difference. Because we were working in different parts of the world, there were occasional delays of several hours before we could respond to each other, which naturally extended parts of the project. Aside from that, I genuinely have very little constructive criticism. Krupali was responsive, collaborative, and consistently willing to incorporate feedback, and the final deliverables exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely work with 10turtle again.
