The assignment was to professionally refine and finalize an existing wordmark for Beautiful Medical Aesthetics without losing the original brand concept. Jigna meticulously analyzed the individual letterforms, specifically refining the typography of the letters B, e, a, u, t, and l.

A key focus was the custom-designed golden "f," which needed to function both as part of the wordmark and as a standalone brand element. This involved multiple rounds of precise adjustments to proportions, line work, spacing, and visual balance.

In addition, the kerning, color gradients, the "MEDICAL AESTHETICS" tagline, and the overall balance of the wordmark were optimized. Various applications and logo variations were also taken into account, including color, monochrome, white, and transparent versions, as well as the standalone "f" symbol.

The result is a wordmark with a much more distinctive, harmonious, and professional finish that perfectly captures the desired high-end, warm, yet clinically precise character. It was particularly impressive that Jigna did not unnecessarily redesign existing elements but instead improved them in a targeted manner, demonstrating great typographic sensitivity.

As this was a design and branding project, no sales or conversion data were available at the time of completion. However, progress can be clearly measured by the project outcomes achieved.

The existing wordmark underwent a comprehensive typographic overhaul and finalization. Several critical letterforms—specifically B, e, a, u, t, and l—were meticulously refined. Multiple variations of the distinctive golden "f" were developed and compared until a solution was found that worked effectively both within the word "Beautiful" and as a standalone brand mark.

In addition, the color gradient, kerning, tagline, and overall balance were fine-tuned, and various logo versions were created for different applications, including color, monochrome, white, and transparent variants.

The most significant measurable outcome was the transformation of a design that was good but not yet fully mature into a finalized, production-ready brand identity—one now ready for use across websites, print materials, apparel, and other applications.

This is the **first product** in the line and the one I'm currently shipping. The original artwork is being refreshed; I'm looking for the illustrator who'll define the visual identity going forward. If you've done transit-themed posters, isometric city illustrations, vintage-tourism-poster-style work, Art Deco / industrial illustration, or watercolor architectural prints — you might be a fit. What I'm commissioning One thing: an illustrated map of the Chicago "L" rail system, delivered as a high-resolution print file (24" × 36" poster, 300 DPI minimum), plus the layered source file (Illustrator / Affinity /Procreate / Photoshop — producer's choice as long as it's editable). The artwork should: - Show all 8 lines (Red, Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, Yellow) with recognizable geographic accuracy. Overall, the project was handled very well. However, for the sake of a balanced and honest assessment, here are the areas where we felt there was room for improvement:

1. Post-Launch Handover & Self-Sufficiency Could Have Been Stronger
-While they provided several Loom tutorials, we still encountered several small issues after going live (gradient text not easy to replicate, certain elements breaking on mobile, form configurations, etc.).
-A more comprehensive final handover document or a recorded walkthrough of the full Wix editor (key pages, custom CSS locations, how to properly duplicate elements, etc.) would have saved us time troubleshooting.

2. Technical Implementation Details on Wix
-Some advanced effects (especially gradient text and certain layouts) relied on custom CSS that wasn’t always intuitive for us to maintain or duplicate.
-A couple of features (like the pricing comparison table) required multiple revisions after launch because the initial versions used premium Wix apps with ads or weren’t fully editable.

3. Minor Timeliness & Communication Gaps
-There were occasional delays in responses, particularly around festivals/holidays. While they communicated these, slightly more proactive notice would have helped us plan better.
-A few times we had to remind them about specific requests (e.g., certain pages or small fixes), whereas earlier in the project the updates were more frequent and anticipatory.

4. Small Polish Items
-Some images appeared blurry on the live site (we had to replace them ourselves). A few content elements (blog posts, social links, exact FAQ answers) needed our direct involvement to complete, even though we expected them to be fully migrated.

Summary – Balanced View
These points are relatively minor in the grand scheme of the project. None of them were deal-breakers, and the final quality of the deliverables remained high. Most of the issues stemmed from the complexity of Wix as a platform and our own slow feedback cycles rather than major shortcomings on their side.
