RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Measurable Outcomes & Success Indicators from the Project While the project was primarily qualitative (visual transformation and brand elevation for an early-stage startup), several clear, measurable outcomes demonstrate strong progress and success:
1. Project Growth & Scope Expansion Started with a small paid test milestone for 3–4 slides. Expanded significantly into a full 31-slide pitch deck redesign + complete website redesign & development. Client added extra work (additional slides, pricing page/chart, gradient implementations) even late in the project. This demonstrates high client satisfaction — they repeatedly chose to invest more with 10turtle.
2. Client Feedback & Approval Metrics Internal praise (direct quotes from correspondence): “Easily one of the best initial versions we’ve seen.” “Really strong first pass.” “Huge upgrade from the original.” “Looks wonderful overall… we are very happy.” “We really love the work.” All milestones were fully approved and paid without dispute. Contract ended positively on good terms, with the client publishing the site and continuing to use/maintain the deliverables.
3. Delivery & Launch Success Pitch Deck: Delivered fully editable .pptx with custom slide masters. Used for investor and studio presentations (target: Disney, Netflix, Apple executives). Website: Successfully launched (live and active as of April 2026). Replaced the older, “noisy” site. Implemented clean brand consolidation as the primary face. Full multi-page site (Homepage, How It Works, Demos, Pricing, Blog, Podcast, Press, Career, etc.) with responsive design, CMS, forms, and SEO foundations. Performance improvements: Page speed and SEO optimizations were completed and noted as significantly improved.
4. Strategic & Brand Impact Simplified and clarified the brand story. Created a consistent premium visual system (cinematic purple palette, typography, layouts) now used across pitch materials and digital presence. Enabled self-sufficiency: Client received tutorials, custom slide masters, and CMS guidance for ongoing updates.
5. Relationship & Long-term Value Evolved from a one-off design gig into a trusted design partner. Client expressed interest in future work (e.g., app dark mode) and provided strong testimonial material. Positive post-project outreach was well-received.
Summary: The project achieved full delivery, successful public launch, significant scope growth, 100% payment approval, and clear brand elevation. The strongest measurable proof of success is the client’s willingness to expand the budget multiple times and the live, professional website + pitch deck now representing company to investors and prospects. These outcomes reflect high-quality execution, strong collaboration, and tangible progress in company’s professional presentation.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
10turtle demonstrated excellent project management throughout the engagement. They were highly organized, proactive, communicative, and client-focused — which is especially impressive given the iterative nature of the project and multiple stakeholders involved.
Project Management Style
Structured & Transparent: They broke the work into clear phases and milestones, provided regular progress updates (often unprompted), and shared partial deliverables for early feedback. This allowed us to stay aligned without surprises.
Proactive Communication: Frequent status updates, Loom video walkthroughs explaining design decisions, and clarifying questions whenever something was ambiguous. They consistently summarized feedback before implementing changes.
Organized Revision Process: Consolidated all feedback (from multiple team members and advisors) and addressed it systematically. They asked smart follow-up questions when needed instead of guessing.
Self-Sufficiency Focus: Created helpful resources like step-by-step tutorial videos (for CMS, gradients, forms, etc.) so we could maintain the site independently after handover.
Delivery Timeliness
Generally strong and reliable.
The initial pitch deck test was delivered on time within the 48-hour window.
Full pitch deck was promised within 24–36 hours after approval and they delivered a substantial first pass (17 slides) right on the agreed milestone date.
Website design and development phases were delivered in clear stages with regular updates, even during holiday periods.
There were a few minor delays on their end (mostly around major festivals like Holi), but they communicated these clearly and always caught up quickly.
Overall, they consistently met or came very close to the timelines they proposed, especially considering our own slower feedback cycles due to travel, holidays, and team reviews.
Responsiveness to Our Needs
Outstanding. They were exceptionally patient with our early-stage startup reality — we were often slow to review drafts or provided feedback in batches from multiple people.
Adapted quickly to changing requirements (e.g., adding new pages like Press, Career, Pricing, and “How It Works”; incorporating advisor notes; multiple revisions to tables and charts). Highly flexible and solution-oriented. When we changed direction or added scope, they accommodated it smoothly without resistance.
Responsive in chat, even on weekends in some cases, while remaining professional.
Took ownership: If something wasn’t clear, they asked targeted questions rather than waiting or making assumptions.
Summary: 10turtle ran the project in a very professional, calm, and organized manner. They delivered high-quality work on time (or with clear communication when slight adjustments were needed), responded excellently to feedback, and made the entire process feel collaborative and low-stress for us. Their project management style built significant trust, which is why we kept expanding the scope with them.
Highly recommended for clients who value clear communication and reliable execution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing about working with 10turtle (Jigna and her team) was the combination of premium creative talent and exceptionally professional project management — something that’s rare to find together, especially at this level.
What stood out most:
1. True Strategic Partnership (Not Just Execution) They didn’t just “make things look nice.” They actively helped us simplify and clarify our brand story. Our original materials were somewhat fragmented and noisy; 10turtle brought a clear, cohesive narrative and visual system that made our AI filmmaking platform feel executive-ready and cinematic. This strategic thinking elevated the entire project beyond pure design.
2. Outstanding Communication & Transparency
-Regular, proactive progress updates (even when we were slow to respond).
-Extremely helpful Loom video walkthroughs explaining their design decisions.
-Clear Loom tutorials teaching us how to manage the site ourselves afterward.
-Smart clarifying questions whenever feedback was ambiguous — they rarely made assumptions.
3. Remarkable Patience and Flexibility
As an early-stage startup, we often reviewed things slowly (multiple founders + advisors, holidays, travel). They handled this with impressive calm and professionalism, never pushing or complaining, while still delivering high-quality work.
4. Consistency & Attention to Detail The visual system they created for the pitch deck carried perfectly into the full website. Everything felt part of one unified, premium brand — typography, colors, layouts, photo treatment, and tone. Even small elements like gradient text and hover effects were thoughtfully executed.
5. Ability to Scale Seamlessly What started as a small $50 test task for a few slides turned into a full pitch deck + complete website redesign because the quality was so strong. They handled the expanding scope gracefully and maintained the same high standard throughout.
Unique Quality:
10turtle felt like an extension of our team rather than a typical freelancer or agency. They combine high-end design sensibility with the reliability, organization, and client-focused mindset you’d expect from a top-tier studio. We were genuinely impressed by how well they understood our vision and translated it into polished, professional deliverables that we’re proud to present to investors and studio executives.
Bottom line: They are one of the best design partners we’ve worked with. Highly recommended.
Are there any areas for improvement or something 10turtle could have done differently?
Overall, the project was handled very well. However, for the sake of a balanced and honest assessment, here are the areas where we felt there was room for improvement:
1. Post-Launch Handover & Self-Sufficiency Could Have Been Stronger
-While they provided several Loom tutorials, we still encountered several small issues after going live (gradient text not easy to replicate, certain elements breaking on mobile, form configurations, etc.).
-A more comprehensive final handover document or a recorded walkthrough of the full Wix editor (key pages, custom CSS locations, how to properly duplicate elements, etc.) would have saved us time troubleshooting.
2. Technical Implementation Details on Wix
-Some advanced effects (especially gradient text and certain layouts) relied on custom CSS that wasn’t always intuitive for us to maintain or duplicate.
-A couple of features (like the pricing comparison table) required multiple revisions after launch because the initial versions used premium Wix apps with ads or weren’t fully editable.
3. Minor Timeliness & Communication Gaps
-There were occasional delays in responses, particularly around festivals/holidays. While they communicated these, slightly more proactive notice would have helped us plan better.
-A few times we had to remind them about specific requests (e.g., certain pages or small fixes), whereas earlier in the project the updates were more frequent and anticipatory.
4. Small Polish Items
-Some images appeared blurry on the live site (we had to replace them ourselves). A few content elements (blog posts, social links, exact FAQ answers) needed our direct involvement to complete, even though we expected them to be fully migrated.
Summary – Balanced View
These points are relatively minor in the grand scheme of the project. None of them were deal-breakers, and the final quality of the deliverables remained high. Most of the issues stemmed from the complexity of Wix as a platform and our own slow feedback cycles rather than major shortcomings on their side.
Recommendation for 10turtle:
For future projects, they could further strengthen the final handover phase with a clear maintenance guide and perhaps offer a short “knowledge transfer” call after launch. This would make the transition even smoother for non-technical clients.
Despite these notes, we were still very satisfied with the overall work and would consider working with them again. The strengths (design quality, strategic thinking, and professionalism) far outweighed these improvement areas.
