Our business started over a year ago and ten square assisted with the development of the site and customizing apps some complex. As the business rapidly grew into a $1Mil company there were part of every e commerce platform and played an integral part. From ensuring the basic domain information was properly set up, securing passwords (so our staff don’t access it) to dealing with overseas Developers from our freight companies to ensure that the apps integrated with our site.

They also did competitor analysis and recommended apps or recommended to make customized changes. They were realistic with our timeframe and budget and very professional. They also dealt with my overseas staff to assist them with transferring into other softwares (as the business grew we had to enhance them)

The website they’ve delivered is really good, and we’re happy with the quality. We’ve also seen improvements in our sales and SEO rankings — our conversion rate is currently at 12%, and we’re ranking pretty high for our selected keywords.

We had an initial meeting to discuss our goals and requirements. We provided the design concepts and they were replicated as closely as possible. We were thrilled with the outcome including the timeframe in which the website was completed.

Kynon(Project MClients have commented on the new website and find it reanager) was our main point of contact throughout the project however Kurt was involved depending on the requirements and / or any challenges that we may have had. They worked well together and were able to overcome any technical issues that had arised.

Clients have commented on the new website and find it refreshing and easier to navigate. The range of services we provide is clearly communicated through the design.

We worked closely with the Project Manger and were advised of each step throughout the project. All the elements that were required were clearly communicated and a plan was developed for the build of our website. We were given clear instructions as to how files should be supplied which was very helpful.

The enthusiasm and commitment to building an excellent and easy-to-navigate website made our life easier. We knew we were in good hands and that the standards were high. Ten Squared take pride in the work they do and this was definitely evident during the project and management.

What is most important to our business is that we are able to communicate and have suppliers respond to us in a timely manner. Ten Squared do all of this so effortlessly.

We had the initial phone call and went through our website and showed what was wrong and they provided amazing advising in fixing it with new technology that would be much faster then the current one. They also update all the content and photos to update the website and match the business views.

A project manager was our point of contact, however we also spoke with the developer as well that was working behind the scene.

After launching our site we had over 80% more traffic coming through our website and potential clients and owners advised that it was a lot easier to navigate and find our website.

We found the workflow between our team and theirs very effective. The team at Ten Squared really took this on board when working on our projects and understood the direction our company was taking with our advertising efforts.

For us, we loved seeing a company with two young founders grow and found this to be quite refreshing after working with other old-fashioned marketing agencies in the past.

We started by asking them to fix and optimise our website. They merged us to a new host and fixed a outstanding number of issues that saw our search engine ranking increase significantly. After these results we choose to switch to them for digital marketing as well and again saw great results.

The came into our coworking space and we got to talking about their expertise in the industry, having previously created apps for education, websites for large fashion influences and a number of other success instances we decided they were the perfect agency to truly help us achieve what our previous agencies had failed to do.

We had a basic WordPress site that was not converting, not ranking on Google and had a number of issues. They re-designed the website, then optimised the page drastically increasing the page speed and made sure we were connected to all the search engines. Then we moved onto digital marketing.

Ten Squared is only made up of a small team who work with a select number of companies, so we always talked to their head developer and director to get things done.

Ten Squared did a fantastic job walking us through the process involved then executing the website upgrades we required to achive the latest and greatest functionality with Shopify. They were profesionally and results focused, went over and above with their time and efforts and are highly skilled in the technical aspects of the back end of Shopify and all it's latest updates.

They came highly recommended from a business associate and upon engaging them initially they were easy to work and communicate with, very responsive, transparent with their project approach and professional.

After initial contact we walked through all our front and back end website updates and desired changes we were looking to make. Ten Squared responded with recommendations and built on some of our own ideas so we were able to get the very best result for the aesthetics and functionality for our website. After a few rounds of feedback and collaboration we were happy with the end result.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ten Squared took on all our feedback throughout the upgrade process and the resulting website is much more user friendly, functional and is more efficient with faster load speed than our previous version.

The project manager was great to work with, very responsive and communicative and we felt like we were across every step of the project as it progressed. Our deadline expectations were exceeded for the launch of our new website.

Ten Squared by far has been the best website developer team we have had the pleasure of working with due to the ease of communication, responsiveness to requests and their level of customer service and professionalism was exceptional

As a business that doesn't have a strong understanding of the back end of websites, we weren't always as quick to grasp some of the changes that were made of how to make changes ourselves on-going, however Ten Squared was very thorough in supporting this challeng of ours by also supplying "how to" documents and by talking us through how to make future changes virtually themselves
