I’m the director of Grey Views, a market research consulting firm registered in December 2021. We cater to Fortune 500 companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with 0TO1 Media?

We hired 0TO1 for their graphic design and marketing services. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

0TO1 has provided multiple services to us, such as marketing and advertising. They’ve also designed infographics for us, along with our logo. They also offer social media marketing services, but we haven’t taken that service up because we haven’t started a social media campaign. We only use their organic and paid marketing services. 

What is the team composition?

We work directly with two people from their team. One of them is the creative designer, while the other belongs to the marketing department.

How did you come to work with 0TO1 Media?

0TO1 was recommended to me by two of my colleagues. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $5,000–$10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The graphics and logo that 0TO1 has created have received positive feedback from our customers. The infographics are also easy to understand  — they’re catchy. Overall, they’ve met my expectations. 

How did 0TO1 Media perform from a project management standpoint?

0TO1 has exceeded our timeline expectations. Out of the five projects we’ve done so far, they’ve only been delayed in one. To communicate, we use phone calls and emails. They’re responsive and always pick up my calls. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their prices are competitive, and their resources are creative. The team also makes things easily understandable for us, and they’re highly transparent — they don’t hide anything from us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can acquire more tools for our projects. They can also improve their company branding; people aren’t aware of their services. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Always give the 0TO1 team a deadline. If you want them to finish your project on time, put a two-day allowance before the real deadline. On top of that, plan and prepare for the project better. That way, you’ll get results.
