As Chief R&D Officer at Oxagile, Oleg is responsible for pursuing innovation on all levels of product development and designing unconventional solutions to new business challenges. 

In his 6 years with the company, Oleg has overseen dozens of video-related projects across OTT, live streaming, WebRTC, and VR domains.
At the moment Oleg is leading Oxagile’s charge into machine learning-based technologies, applying ML and AI in such areas as video ingestion, MAM orchestration, and programmatic advertising.

Oleg holds a double degree in radiophysics and economics from Belarusian State University.
