There was a team of rotating developers. I believe throughout the course of our time with Ziffity, we interacted with approximately 10 developers. We also dealt with the account manager.

Ziffity helped us to successfully transition to the new website. They also assisted with quite a few solutions to problems found after migrating to the new site. They made multiple requested improvements to site functionality and appearance.

Using Jira, we collaborated on task updates and information. We also had weekly calls.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were reliable and communicated well. They were able to solve multiple complex issues.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
There were times we questioned the number of hours reported to complete certain tasks we felt did not need that much time. If indeed that many hours were spent on some of the tasks, we felt there might be some time management issues. On a few tasks, they called them completed when we did not feel they were complete. When we pressed for a more satisfactory explanation, they took us through what they did, but it still didn't always solve the problem. Also, we had to tell them 3 times that we were ending the contract. The account manager did not communicate to the developers, and they kept working. We went ahead and paid them for 1 extra month.
