Regarding the project's structure and procedures, everything has gone according to plan. 

Key deliverables include a new deployment process developed on top of Azure Cloud; over thirty.NETCore microservices; a mobile app for iOS and Android created with IONIC/Capacitor; and all the artifacts needed in a UX/UI process (design systems, wireframes, etc.).

They've delivered a completely new experience with our main products: loans, credit cards, payments, and accounts. a new customer onboarding procedure. We only published the app a week ago, and as of right now, there hasn't been any noticeable influence on NPS. But I have no doubt that it will be.

Our timeline has been fine, we obviously have had many difficulties, and the current issues that are ongoing in Ukraine, but the team there have still prioritised our work load and done everything they can to keep going.
