Young Decade IT Software Solution was solely in charge of developing our mobile application from beginning to end.  Before starting the project, they studied our brand and the way our customers engage with us.  In order to accomplish this, they conducted team workshops with our skincare specialists to gain an understanding of the entire client journey, including how a person finds out about a new serum, schedules a pigmentation treatment, and then receives aftercare instructions.

Interactive prototypes and wireframes were among their initial offerings.  We were able to access these intricate app designs on both iOS and Android smartphones.  Before the actual development started, it allowed us to make adjustments and gave us a clear picture of how users would use the app to schedule treatments or select items.

Additionally, they developed a unique skin analysis tool that requested users to snap pictures of their skin in various lighting conditions.  The software provided useful product or therapy recommendations based on the images.  In order for our clinic teams to determine whether someone required a follow-up, this tool was also linked to our internal system.
