Re:Align recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary and wanted to do a complete refresh on branding, the website and all related materials.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected this vendor based on referrals and knowledge of existing clients. We also conducted interviews.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They created verbal and written marketing materials for the team. They also coordinated the hiring of a photographer and created all website content. They created new logos, slogans and all branding materials.

What was the team composition?

We worked with all team members.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is recently completed so we do not have specific metrics.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Equally effective - we worked closely together with them, made suggestions when necessary but in general they were very insightful as to our requirements.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They spent a lot of time getting to know our team, business, and goals. They were incredibly creative in how they approached the branding and marketing components. They went above and beyond on creating a story and a unique presence for our company.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

None.

We started from step one and progressed from there to develop a new look and feel for the company.

Workshop has a complete team of affiliated vendors that are used for everything from web design to video production.

Our branding still evokes a strong reaction to this day by consumers.

There style is to dive deep into the process until it’s complete.

They presented ideas and collaborated in an environment that allowed creativity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think that every organization has room for improvement. Workshop could be improve in the online marketing area of their offering.
