The Amity Group, Inc. is a hospice PRN staffing and consulting agency; I am the office/regional manager.

We hired Woden to expand our marketing techniques and help us with what to say to reach our targeted audience. We also enlisted Woden in assisting us with improving our tagline, core values, and mission statement.

We heard about them online and when we set up an initial call with them to discuss their processes, we decided that they fit our needs.

After a call with the whole office team, they interviewed our office staff, nurses, and clients individually to get a better idea of what Amity is and how we function. From here they conducted their own research to learn more about our industry and asked us questions.

They presented us with their suggestions, once approved they moved on to write an entire book regarding our negatives, their suggestions, and how to best carry out their suggestions.

We are working very closely with two members of the team but we do have calls with multiple members of their team.

Our social media has increased in followers, likes, and comments, and our website views have increased.

The workflow is extremely effective. Most of the conversation is via email, but we have calls at the beginning and end of each segment of the project and occasionally a check-in call midway through the project.

Their commitment to learning about our niche industry and their understanding of our small business is impressive.

The Woden team is made up primarily of professional writers. I would say at least a dozen Woden writers worked on our project.

We began to take Woden's suggestion immediately and implement across all platforms. The story that Woden put together just made sense.

We utilized Zoom for periodic meetings. The Woden team was relaxed, yet professional, and easy to talk to.

The Story Guide is a very impressive body of work.

The Woden team did an excellent job of communicating in regards to what each next phase would be. I am very satisfied with the project.
