I’m a marketing specialist for HireRush. We’re a platform that connects providers with customers in all 50 states in multiple fields—everything from hair styling to demolition services. We cater to individual professionals and small and mid-sized businesses, helping to make operation and collaboration with customers faster and easier.

For what projects/services did your company hire WiserBrand?

Although we had an enthusiastic team, we couldn’t develop a proper marketing campaign for a year, which is a problem as a young startup. We decided we needed to put our marketing efforts under specialized guidance. Specifically, we wanted to put a solid marketing plan in place that would include content marketing, social media marketing (SMM), and SEO.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our business’ search result rankings and conversions. We also wanted service providers who might use us to know about our platform, which we developed for them and their customers.

They also prepared and delivered reports of their actions, as well as updates on activities they planned to carry out.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our conversion increased by 30% thanks to effective SEO and smart blog management. Even now, over a year later, their tactics are still working and we don’t have to put in any extra effort. We haven’t seen a drop in performance since the project ended either. Our social networks grew by around 25% in popularity and people visit and respond to them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We really liked working with their team. Their knowledge and past education helped us greatly, and their head, Elena, was always in touch. There were moments when our suggestions didn't stand up to scrutiny, and they patiently explained to us why that was. The first time it happened, we understood that we could trust their team completely. After a while we even started thinking alike, as if we were reading each other's minds.

The WiserBrand team is professional and responsible. They were excited to work on our project and we saw it. I think that’s a key reason why we achieved our considerable results.
