Wise came in to build the back end of our site in Drupal, which enabled us to have a robust structure for publishing.

We auditioned several suppliers and after a lengthy review process we decided on Wise.

Four: Editor/Publisher and Managing Editor, but two members on the board with IT experience.

Site functionality for publisher and user.

Very efficient and communicative; not a lot of fuss, just hard working and effective developers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were pleased with the communication and end product. We are still working with them, nine years later.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can remember. It was nine years ago. Anyway, we were pleased with their work. It was a tough project.

We hired Wise LLC to make client updates as needed on an ongoing basis for an eCommerce Magento 2 client

We reviewed their portfolio and selected them based on what we saw

Combining carts and checkout between two separate Magento 2 stores into 1 store, layout updates, extension updates, feature requests - the client has an ongoing relationship with us.

Three people worked with us, the project manager and two backend Magento developers

Not at this time, the relationship is ongoing however they are very timely and communicative

We have daily standup meetings and use our internal PM system to communicate via comments.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The knowledgeable developers are fantastic.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think the ability to quickly ramp up resources if we need it would be important, but as a development company ourselves we recognize and understand that problem, so no real critiques there.

We from them on Upwork. The have worked with companies similar to my company.

First they redesigned our logo. Once they finished that the completed the redesign of each page of the website.

A project manager managed the project along with 3 designers.

We love the redesign. It expresses our new services and products.

Nothing they did a great job.

Our goal was to update our existing website with a responsive design and new features.

Wise designed and developed our new modules and integrated them with our existing ones.

We worked with a project manager who answered all of our questions and contacted the whole team.

Wise delivered the project on time. We found some problems afterward, but they were fixed quickly.

We were always in contact with the project manager. They informed us about every step they did.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We had access to the project via a subdomain on the site so we could follow any change.

There’s always room for improvement, but I can't think of any right now.
