Webview design and developed our custom site using Laravel, CSS, and HTML5. It features 2 languages. We have an integration with the CRM [customer relationship management] platform as well, a platform that provides mobile IP connections.

• Our website is currently live, with a conversion rate of nearly 5%. This is a good result considering the Travel agency market in Italy.

The communication process was very good. We used Zoom, Skype, and I also had the opportunity to visit their office. The project was tracked using Trello, allowing me to see all of the ongoing tasks.

We had a lot of meetings to discuss the project, and explained what we wanted the website to look like. We also sent Webview a lot of references to give them more of an idea of what we were looking for. After that, Webview created the site from scratch using WordPress.

The website is primarily used for customers to reach out to us. The site has a form to contact us and lists short descriptions and prices for our services. Webview is also providing us with maintenance and hosting.

We think they did a very good job, and we’ve gained about 10 new clients since the website was launched. We’ve also received good feedback from our current clients.

We changed the requirements a few times, and they always accommodated those changes. They finished the project on time, and Webview always responded promptly. We communicated primarily through email, phone calls, and Zoom.

Webview designed our logo and website from scratch. We told them we wanted a colorful, functioning event organizer website, potentially featuring animations, where our audience could view shows in two languages — Arabic and English. 

Webview created a few revisions of both the logo and website design. For the site, they sent me a couple of UX/UI image files and started working in WordPress after we finalized one.

We could see that we were getting enough traffic on Google Analytics. Everyone on our team is happy with the website design. Webview included all the functions we requested; users could book tickets online, and the ticketing process was easy to manage. The English and Arabic language capabilities helped increase sales through the website.

Webview kept everything up to the mark. All their teammates were present and available. They were willing to do whatever was necessary to meet our goals, and they spent a lot of time ensuring that they were communicating and collaborating well with us. If there were any delays, they were from our side because I was busy.

Webview’s team was professional and positive, and they always responded well to our requests. The commitment of the entire team to work together and meet our goals was extremely impressive.

We requested custom animations to be integrated into the website design; their team created wireframes. Webview Digital then gave us control of the website to manage and change the content. 

They’ve also helped us with social media marketing. We pay them a monthly fee to handle our Instagram and Facebook advertisements and postings. They also offer app development services for our event booking system.

Everyone likes the website, and it is getting a lot of visits. Our social media inquiries are also increasing thanks to Webview Digital’s work. We’ve seen a 30%–40% increase in event bookings — we’ve achieved our primary goal of increasing the number of event bookings. 

How did Webview Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We used to have face-to-face meetings with Webview Digital. We then moved to Zoom meetings during the web design and development phases; they shared their screens to showcase the site wireframes they’d developed. They delivered on time; they completed the website design in 25 days, ahead of their one-month deadline.

Typically, we communicate through phone calls, although we do have occasional in-person meetings since we’re both in Melbourne.

Our communication was mostly done through phone, Google Hangouts, Asana, and email.
