The process began with a pre-engineering workshop which was to be done. We sent Webskitters a draft version of our user stories, and their IT analyst completed the project paperwork using the information. Using this, the Webskitters project manager and I (the Senior Product Owner) created a backlog of tasks in JIRA so that our internal team and the Webskitters team could facilitate agile development sprints. In addition, they furnished us with a UX/UI consultant, an iOS TechLead, and a DevOps engineer to assist the team during the development stage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project's product is a brand-new, functional iOS app that supports the current system and is rated 4 stars in the app store. For us, developing the iOS technology was a "greenfield" undertaking that included starting from scratch. Additionally, a new version of the app with updated features and a fresh appearance for Android users was made available. We thus provide reliable iOS and Android products that live up to the expectations of our customers. In order to compare the related support concerns, the project was also evaluated against the legacy application. Both our operations and our customers will benefit from the significant reduction in user support requirements brought about by this release.

It's been a pleasure and very easy to work with Webskitters. Every day, the crew was completely accessible to us and communicated in an honest and transparent manner. They helped us with the design phase, balancing many different requirements to service our existing and prospective customers. Moving forward, Webskitters did the actual website build and developed reporting metrics to monitor performance post-launch.
They started with an analysis of our competitors’ websites, investigating their organizational plans, and then customizing them to fit our sales and operations processes.
We built the site with a look similar to the major players in the industry, where people can look at a feed of homes that they might be interested in. We also made specific updates to our site that allowed existing customers to follow their homes through the sales process. Webskitters also created links to our property management portals.
We worked through Figma a lot, as well as Salesforce. They also integrated an MLS data feed (a real estate data solution). Webskitters has managed to extract data from the website and give it to our sales team.
