Over a period of 7–10 days, AT&T Software LLC first created design mockups. They then moved to HTML design, creating non-dynamic designs. I approved those, and they moved on to development. They built the site on WordPress.

I found them on Google. I received a lot of proposals and found theirs to be the best ones.

The project cost was close to $10,000.

I started working with them in late–October 2020, and we finished in December of that year. The project took 40–45 days in total.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AT&T Software is a good company to work with. They did a great job for me, and there were no challenges.

The site they delivered is responsive, and it’s working properly. AT&T Software took care of testing and everything else. I found some improvements for the site when they first submitted the work, and they made the changes quickly.

I’m talking to them about building a mobile app for a delivery service, and we’ll start the project in the next 10–12 days.

How did AT&T Software LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

The team completed the work within the timeline. They provided me updates weekly. I had weekly meetings with them to discuss the modules to be worked on and to review last week’s work.

They tracked user stories through Trello, and they used Teams for communication.

The team stuck to their deadline commitments.

No, everything went smoothly.

AT&T Software provides good services, and I recommend them to any company looking to do mobile and web development.

They used Ajax, Node.js, CSS, and HTML to help us construct our website. They built our home page and the UX for teachers and students.

The teacher portion is embedded with functionality to allow them to track student progress, give assignments, and offer feedback on those assignments. Also, there’s a variety of different course modules that teachers can provide students.

The student-facing side allows users to complete course content and see their feedback on their assignments.

We worked with five people from their team, most of which were developers.

I chose them because they gave us a pretty good rate, especially considering how many things they built for us. The team was also consistent with meeting with us and really good at meeting their deliverables. Overall, they’re an efficient team that’s also very flexible.

We started working together in September 2020, and we wrapped up in January 2021.

The project has been fairly successful. We haven’t had a lot of opportunities to test it, but they’ve been good about following up and making sure everything is up to our expectations.

The due diligence they presented stood out. They ensured our vision was seen through.

I hired this company to build a custom dating website.

I met with the vendor via zoom and the company stated that they could provide.

A year ago in 2021, I met with the ATT Software via zoom regarding building my website. The company stated that they could do everything on my wish list. As they worked on the project, I noticed it was taking more time than usual. The project was supposed to be completed within 10 weeks but it took an entire year and its still not completed. The website created doesn't function properly. When you click on certain parts of the website, it takes you to different places, duplicate images are popping up as users profile pictures when that is not the user's picture.

Things are spread out in certain areas...the outside of the website looks nice but the inside lacks proper functionality. I've communicated concerns in Teams and through email, but those issues were never fixed. Prior, I asked the owner if I can promote and he told me NO its not ready. This is after a whole year of working on the project. After expressing the lack of functionality, these guys just went missing and left unfinished work. After sending several emails and posting a bad review, they responded and stated they would fix the problem or look into it. I gave them until July 15 2022..again it's now been a year.

Once the 15th arrived I asked for the status, nothing! I've reached out to other web developers, and they told me that this company uses a software template to create websites and all they do is plug information in. So you will not get a custom built website. A developer thats helping found the template used to create my website and its identical. He feels the company could never build what I wanted and knew they couldn't so that's why the functionality lacked. My project takes some experience that the company didn't have...I also noticed that a lot of the individuals that worked on my project is outside of the US. When they logged into my PayPal it notified me that a login in is taking place from India yet their website claims they are in Texas.

My family stepped in to view my website on their computers and they too complain about horrible functionality. Now I am asking the company for WordPress information or to add an experienced developer to word press and ATT Software refuses to respond. 7,000 down the drain. This company knew they couldn't fully do the work and said yes anyway. All for money to feed their families. I worked hard to save up the 7k. A year long or over a year project that was supposed to take 10 weeks.

We discussed the proper strategy given our current web rankings and page rank factors. Our plan to grow our presence for certain keywords meant keyword research and studying the feasibility of getting those words to the top of Google.

Several months of work on our webpage, developing content, rearranging titles and reworking articles were required. We monitored certain keywords rankings during this process. The PPC campaign required more analysis and reworking ads, adding negative keywords, and trying to improve quality scores.

Some keywords increased their rankings from 13-21 up to the first page of Google, at rank 6 for weeks in a row. Our lead qualities did improve as more people contacted us through our website.

I had monthly calls with AT&T Software LLC using Google web services. Rishi's schedule was easy to arrange meetings. There were constant emails back and forth with suggestions, progress notes, monthly reports, lead assessments, and more.

Adam would present the strategy and goals for the next month, and I would give approval and insight where required - then work would begin and would be assessed after completion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their results were exactly as promised, and they kept their deliverables realistic. If something seems too difficult, for example, ranking number 1 against companies spending thousands per month on advertising, they proposed alternative strategies in our interest that have always panned out properly.

hire entire team and setup seems fantastic - I cannot think of anything to do differently.

I don’t have metrics to speak to the quality of their work yet. Overall, they’re extremely competent, professional, attentive, and capable. My experience with them has exceeded my expectations, to be honest.

They’re very consistent, detailed, and accurate. Everything indicates that we will be on time or slightly delayed, even given the current circumstances with COVID. We primarily communicate through email and Zoom.

No, not that I can think of. They might be able to have a little more creativity in their graphic design, such as when they’re doing UIs.

They have designed every page on the website and connected the platform to both an iOS and Android app. They handled everything from logo design and branding to user flows. They even designed the menus and guided us through what we should include.

I initially dealt with Abhay (Business Analyst) during the sales process. Then I started working with Gaurav (Quality Analyst), who led a team of six. Rishi (Business Analyst) is now our primary contact. There were also two people on the design team and six people on the development team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They’ve literally created my business. Without them, we wouldn’t have been able to develop anything without them. The website works well and the mobile side is excellent. We should be launching soon. They make sure everything goes off without a hitch. They have two designated testers that make sure everything is running smoothly. I also get regular updates so I can test the process as well. If there are any bugs, they work it out immediately.

They really held my hand throughout the process. I speak with RIshi almost daily and he walks me through everything I don’t understand. We use ActiveCollab to communicate. The whole team can see the conversations and responses. I also work directly with Rishi on WhatsApp. I’ve changed my mind quite a few times throughout the project, so the project has taken longer than expected. But they’ve been accommodating and they’ve quickly implemented anything I’ve requested. On top of that, they gave me a quote at the beginning of the project, and they’ve stuck to it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was difficult to find a partner that could link the website and the apps. They ensured that everything ran seamlessly. Other companies I talked to weren’t confident in their abilities, but The AT&T Software LLC clearly had the skills to execute what I was looking for.

They don’t need to improve anything.

We’ve been very happy with their performance. This team is very agile and quick to catch up to speed. Especially when COVID-19 hit, they worked hard to pivot my business model to include video functionality to accommodate virtual work.

They meet our deadlines about 70% of the time, which is expected since we’re always working on new things. Sometimes these new solutions can take a bit longer. Initially, we had some communication issues with our timelines; over time, we came to a good understanding of how to communicate our expectations.

They’re very reliable. In the past, other vendors would disappear after working together for three months. AT&T Software LLC performed consistently. It’s especially impressive since we have several integrated platforms.

They have a detailed process for each vertical. And since they are using the tools and they are highly process-oriented this definitely helps the client to remain on track with the updates

Their ability to think outside the box stood out. Our business model is a complex one.

At times rolling out new functionality, there could have been a more proactive approach to things that may have changed during the rollout.
