I am the founder and owner of BrandNewAgain. We fix all types of small electronics, including phone, tablet and computer repair at our shop.

BrandNewAgain was started about 8 years ago but was long overdue for a website upgrade. We searched for many week doing our researching trying to find a company that would be able to understand our vision while also being able to stay within our budget.

Our clients told us they want to be able to view most pricing on our website and even set up appointments anytime.

I am on my second large project using Webomaze Technologies and they are very detailed oriented. On my latest project I was needing more customization on our scheduling page to allow myself more control.

They broke the project down into three sections. The first stage would allow me to edit the images and pricing of all items that are currently listed on my website. The 2nd phase would give us the ability to add new repair types to any item listed on our website. With the last phase they added a customer popup for specific repair types to allow for increased sales.

What was the team composition?

I worked only with Shubam Sharma. He would give me updates on everything his team was working on, the estimated time to complete something or just answer any question my company might have. I believe there was 3-4 additional people on his team working on the frontend and backend of our website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Once the new website was launched we saw an improvement on our sites bounce rate. By around 200%. We also have a much higher page view per customer because of the way Webomaze Technologies team designed our website. We could not be happier.

I believe Webomaze Technologies is extremely effective with what they do. If I ever have an issue Shubam Sharma will have the problem address and fixed normally in less than 24 hours. If anything, I am am the one that holds them back because I am trying to get them the information they need to continue their work.

Their creativity, understanding of the customer's needs and responsiveness makes them stand out.

With the two project they have helped us with they did a great job and I honestly cannot think of anything they could have done better to help my company grow.

We brought Webomaze on to examine our rankings and the overall functionality of our website, and then suggest and implement improvements. They have done everything to improve our rankings, like generating effective SEO keywords and creating new content for the site. The new content included blogs, updating our listings, and posting reports. They also helped increase our outreach through managing our Facebook.

Our rankings have improved dramatically and call volume has increased significantly. Based on our SEO reports, a lot more people are visiting our website.

I’m the founder and CEO of SantaBanta.com. We’re an entertainment portal that provides news about Bollywood. We have an entertainment section devoted to humor where we have jokes, SMS, cartoons, and funny videos.

We needed help developing an interactive website. Our existing site was totally unorganized because everything was done in different programming languages.

They’re doing the front- and backend development for our website and reorganizing the SQL database. They’re launching new features, updating old features, making the APIs of all the features that we have on our site, which will help improve our app, and replacing the ASP with ASP.NET. They’re also helping us with a new feature that Google is coming out with for the search.

There are four people including their founder. One person takes care of the overall concept and implementation. Another person is responsible for preparing the planning, documentation, and the technology we should be using. The other person is responsible for implementing and making changes in SQL and ASP.NET.

The site loads quickly. They helped immensely - our revenues increased by almost 15% in the last 6–7 months. The quality of their work is exceptionally good.
