Our organization is an analytics company. We harvest data and then make it consumable for our clients.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webomaze?
We had an outdated website that needed to be faster. It also needed more features and needed to be easier to change.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webomaze redesigned our website, migrated data, and incorporated additional features that we identified as needs. Their team built a new, interactive backend that multiple people can use. They also developed other functions into a single page on the backend. For example, we can gain insight into the activities of our internal users. We can now track the lifecycle of our work and assist in the QA process.
What is the team composition?
I was first introduced to Webomaze’s owner but now primarily work with another team member.
How did you come to work with Webomaze?
We previously worked with Ravi (CEO & Founder). He started Webomaze and approached us, so we decided to partner up.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent over $10,000 on the project.
What is the status of this engagement?
This project started before I became involved in it. I started working on this project around August, and we finished it around October 2018.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The project trimmed days off of our turnaround time. We harvest data and then put it on the website. Collecting, editing, adding data entry fields, and uploading the documents takes a lot of time. The way Webomaze rebuilt our website allowed us to do everything much faster. We can process a document in 15 minutes. It’s a substantial improvement from our original database.
How did Webomaze perform from a project management standpoint?
Webomaze took a hands-on approach to this project. We communicated via email, video and phone calls, and presentations. The communication channels were open. We didn’t use any tools outside of PowerPoint, Excel, and Google.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was most impressed by their customer service. I consider myself a needy client because I always forget to mention everything in one call. Never once did I feel like they thought I was needy. I had one urgent request for our site that happened earlier in the project. One of their team members cut his vacation short to return to the office and figure it out as quickly as possible.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they adapted to anything I needed. If I needed more clarification or a 1-on-1 call at 11 p.m., they were available.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Think about your ideas and share them in as much detail as possible. Webomaze will be able to take that information and share the risks and benefits. They will also talk to you about any other opportunities your project offers.

I’m an account manager at a digital marketing firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Webomaze?
One of our clients hired Webomaze, and we’re working with them on a project.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Webomaze is rebuilding our client’s website to make it more accessible and SEO-friendly. They’re working to improve the site’s look and functionality. The website will be under the same domain and URL, but it’s a substantial rebuild and restructure. The website’s structure is complicated because our client provides so many locations and services. I think that the navigation structure that Webomaze comes up with will be really effective and work well.
My team is working with the client on SEO, which will be applied to the new website once it’s finished. Webomaze is working with the client on web development; we’re both in close communication with the client on the project.
What is the team composition?
Our team works with two people from Webomaze — Ravi (CEO) and Vinika (UX Designer).
How did you come to work with Webomaze?
We actually didn’t hire Webomaze — a previous manager at my company had worked with Ravi and referred Webomaze to one of our clients. When I joined this client’s account, we were introduced.

I’m not sure what this specific project will cost. Ravi has said that all of the projects that they’re doing for our company will cost more than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The collaboration started before I joined the company. This specific client engagement began in 2020, and it’s ongoing. The website is expected to launch by early or mid-January 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, they’ve been great to work with. It’s hard to measure the impact because the website hasn’t launched yet. However, at this point, we’re measuring success by how responsive they’ve been.
How did Webomaze perform from a project management standpoint?
Webomaze’s team has been really responsive. Considering the fact that we’re in different time zones — they’re in Australia and we’re in the US — they’ve been great to work with. They’ve been happy to take feedback, provide recommendations, and hop on calls.
Communication has been good. They respond to emails quickly and are very willing to get on calls as needed. The team also makes an effort to ensure we're in the loop on how things are going. They provide recommendations or ask questions so that they can be as efficient as possible with their work.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They thoroughly think through potential issues. We’ve brought up design requests and ideas, and Webomaze’s team helps us think through them. That’s important to make sure things are going efficiently and to resolve issues before they come up. It’s been really helpful.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We have good communication and are informed about the progress made, but it would be good to see screenshots or actually be able to look at what they’re working on. I’m sure they’d be happy to provide this, but taking that initiative and just showing us their progress would be nice.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
This goes for working with any web developer, but express what exactly you want out of the work from them, from the get-go. Things can get confusing, especially when you bring things up later on, so just make sure you tell them clearly what you need them to do, why you need that, and what you’re working on as well. Solid communication is the biggest thing.

We went to them to increase our online presence and generate leads for the company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They built our website from scratch in WordPress, creating our site’s content and explaining to clients what we do and what services we offer. Now, they’re in charge of our visual presence, from web design to content. They handle our digital marketing work from A to Z as well, including local SEO, organic promotions, and PPC.

Most of our keywords are in the top three places on Google, which is the main metric we focus on. Sales went up dramatically 6–8 months after we started working with them. As soon as we had a prominent presence, we could see calls and sales going up.
How did Webomaze perform from a project management standpoint?
They have 24/7 customer service, including on holidays and weekends. Additionally, they address all our questions and let us know in advance about their availability during off periods. I’ve worked with multiple project managers from Webomazeover the years, and the process has always been comfortable. I always feel confident that my issues are being addressed in an immediate manner.
We communicate through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and anything else I choose to use. We have conference calls once every 1–2 weeks, and I get biweekly reports covering traffic, clicks, and how people are finding us. I’m in the loop for all of that, and every metric has increased over the past four years.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It’s their communication and dedication.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’s tough to say, in that no one really knows what Google does. They change stuff around on a weekly basis, so we can’t really fault anyone in that respect. The communication with Webomaze has been great, and there’s nothing I can say that they haven’t done. I wouldn’t have done business with them for so many years otherwise.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
It’s important to have patience. Results take time, but people normally expect things to go up in a week or in a month. That’s never the case.

BrandNewAgain was started about 8 years ago but was long overdue for a website upgrade. We searched for many week doing our researching trying to find a company that would be able to understand our vision while also being able to stay within our budget.

Our clients told us they want to be able to view most pricing on our website and even set up appointments anytime.

We selected this vendor based off of price, understanding of my project and the recent work they had done for others in my industry.
Describe the project in detail.
I am on my second large project using Webomaze Technologies and they are very detailed oriented. On my latest project I was needing more customization on our scheduling page to allow myself more control.
They broke the project down into three sections. The first stage would allow me to edit the images and pricing of all items that are currently listed on my website. The 2nd phase would give us the ability to add new repair types to any item listed on our website. With the last phase they added a customer popup for specific repair types to allow for increased sales.
What was the team composition?
I worked only with Shubam Sharma. He would give me updates on everything his team was working on, the estimated time to complete something or just answer any question my company might have. I believe there was 3-4 additional people on his team working on the frontend and backend of our website.

Once the new website was launched we saw an improvement on our sites bounce rate. By around 200%. We also have a much higher page view per customer because of the way Webomaze Technologies team designed our website. We could not be happier.

I believe Webomaze Technologies is extremely effective with what they do. If I ever have an issue Shubam Sharma will have the problem address and fixed normally in less than 24 hours.
