We found this company by reviews by other our client. We were agree with that advice because we have a specialist in Belarus, and Webernetic Family also have the main office in Minsk (Belarus). It's very useful because we can control the work and have a possibility to fix meetings face to face. I think it's more effective than meeting by phone or Skype, for example.
Describe the project in detail.
Firstly, we met and gave to them an understanding of our products, of our field of work and why it is so useful in the USA. We delivered to them TOP-500 of our most saleable items, top-priority categories and that's all. All other great work they did themselves with the help of their experience.
SEO-specialists found our main competitors, fully analized them and the market in whole, made a big structrure for our site and some thousands of keywords for website promotion.
Then, we developed together a promotion strategy for some months and now they are following it, sometimes they add some works that can help site to bring expectable positions more recently, for example, they started to get more external links, and it's really working, especially for Google.
What was the team composition?
We are communicating with a big team: a manager, a chief of the marketing departments and with a team of SEO-specialists immediately, who work with the project by hands. Sometimes we are meeting with a director of a company for some organizational or strategical negotiations.
