We are Signature Staff, a household staff recruitment agency supplying maternity nurses, nannies, housekeepers, butlers, chefs etc. to private households. I am Chairman of the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire We Are Kitty?

We hired Kitty to do a complete rebrand of the company and subsequent web design from scratch. The challenge was to create a new company name for a 60yr old business and make ourselves relevant from an SEO perspective

What were your goals for this project?

The goals of the project were to drive both customer and candidate conversions, resulting in more placements made and hence higher revenues for us as a business.

We entered a tender process with 5 suppliers and Kitty won hands down with respect to their credentials, rapport & communication with client, professionalism, add-on services (they have a digital marketing agency), and they were extremely competitive from a pricing perspective

Describe the project in detail.

The scope of the project was to rename the business, create a new SEO optimised website. I was the project lead on the client side so interacted with the team on a regular basis.

What was the team composition?

Across the kitty team there was a designer, a developer, a project manager and a senior project manager. They were all excellent at their roles.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Clients & candidates alike are extremely impressed with the new brand and new site and this has manifested itself in only 2 months in a sharp increase in enquiries and ultimately placement conversions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective comms and workflow management with regular calls, a regularly updated timetable with milestones & deadlines for all key stakeholders in the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Everyone was extremely capable and critically for us Kitty were able to produce an amazing looking site that was fully SEO optimised which not all stand alone web designers can achieve as unlike Kitty they don't have an accompanying digital marketing agency.

Not at all.

We Are Kitty were recruited to build a brand new website and app for the brand, utilising the API from Mariana Tek, a gym management software the brand was migrating over to. The process included UX, UI support, development, SEO and analytics. There was extensive work needed around the API to make it fit for purpose for the 1Rebel customer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully launch into the UK and Australia on the agreed migration date, while improving the customer experience to increase sales and attendance.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Redesign and migration of a website in WordPress running WooCommerce. The site was migrating from a old version of WordPress with a templated theme. The design included using new branding and an audit of old pages for migration. At the same time URLs were being changed so required redirects and a upgrade of analytics for GA 4. Key was hitting a pre-christmas deadline and improving rank or keeping the rankings on a selection of key phrases.

• They hit the deadlines we set out.
• Improved tracking with GA
• Improved lighthouse page speeds and core web vitals
• Design approvals from all members of internal team
• Key rankings maintained and improved in migration

Yes, weekly call worked well along with the ability to track tickets on Jira. Was also able to make comments on u and designs figma. Access to project manager and senior management if needed via a phone call . Kick off and design meeting in person in their Soho office helped.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Understand that the website needs to perform in terms of SEO / Paid search. So many design decisions are based on that methodology rather than it looks nice. They have SEO members from the sister agency Roast working on the project rather than the SEO being done by a developer. GA setup was also done by someone from Roast but it was very much one team working on the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something We Are Kitty could have done differently?

Nothing really.

We hired Kitty in a bid to transform out brand perception and establish Casumo as an entertainment brand. This involved working with influencers creating content, driving traffic to a site created by Kitty as a platform to engage with a new audience.
