We communicate mostly via email and Skype. Communication was strong. They gave me anticipated project timelines and stuck to them. Every time I tested the website and sent back changes, they were quick to respond and make those changes. Sometimes I was the one who dropped the communications when I, for example, didn’t reply back to them with my review for a couple of weeks which kept them from moving forward.

They always accommodated me. He helps get the ideas out of my head and manages the developer team to turn them into a reality. There was never a lack of communication. We were always on the same page.
